Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the inclination of a wire net even when the wire net is pulled out toward this side by a method wherein the configuration of a hole at the deep side of a rail is configured so as to be longer in lateral direction while the hole at this side of the rail is configured so as to be longer in transversal direction. CONSTITUTION:The configuration of holes for hooking the pins 22 of a rail 21 is formed so as to have an oblong configuration formed by connecting a hole 25, having a diameter larger than the tip end section of the pin 22, and a larger hole 26, having a diameter larger than the root section of the pin 22, while the diameter of the hole at the deep side is made so as to be longer in the lateral direction thereof but the hole at this side is configured so as to be longer in transversal direction, when the rail 21 is seen from the side of an inlet port for a heating chamber 2 under a condition that the rail is attached to the side of the heating chamber 2. Accordingly, the movement of the rail 21 in fore-and-aft direction is regulated by the hole 25 of this side while the movement of the same in up-and-down direction is regulated by the hole 26 of deep side and, therefore, the rail 21 can be fixed in either fore-and-aft direction or up-and-down direction. According to this method, the rear side of the rail will never be lifted under a condition that the wire net 20 is pulled out fully into this side and, accordingly, the inclination of the wire net 20 can be prevented.

When the baby mesh net contacts the wall surface of the heating chamber during use, it sparks due to high frequency. Therefore, the rail supporting the mesh net must be made of a dielectric material so as to insulate between the mesh net and the wall surface of the heating chamber. there were. In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the rail was approximately U-shaped, and a mesh was sandwiched vertically between the rails to slide in the front-back direction. Furthermore, if this rail is fixedly attached to the wall of the heating chamber, food scraps will get into the gap between the rail and the wall and it will be difficult to clean, so it is necessary to attach it detachably so that it can be easily cleaned. Met. Further, in order to prevent the mesh net from contacting the wall surface of the heating chamber even when the mesh net is fully pushed inward, a stopper is usually provided on the back side of the rail.

When the rail 21 is attached to the wall surface of the heating chamber in this manner, the forward and backward movement of the rail is restricted by the B portion of the front hole 25 and the root portion 24 of the pin, and the vertical movement is rearward. Since it is regulated by the B part of the hole 26 on the side and the root part 24 of the pin, even if a downward pushing force is applied in a state where the mesh net is drawn out as shown in FIG. It can be fixed so that it will not move.

Since the rail 21 is made of porcelain,
Since the dimensional variation at the time of manufacture is as large as about 10%, it is difficult to match the pitch dimension of the front and rear holes 25 and 26 with the pitch dimension of the pin.
It can be absorbed by designing the dimension C of the B portion in the front-rear direction to be large. Further, the rail 21 is provided with a support portion 27 for supporting the load of the baby net, a holding portion 28 for restricting upward movement of the baby net, and a stopper portion 29 for positioning the baby net in the depth direction. Since the back portion of the holding portion 28 is cut away from the center in the front-rear direction, and the protrusion portion 30 is provided in the upper portion slightly front side of the holding portion 28 in the front-rear direction. As shown in the figure, if you don't insert the mesh net properly and try to put it on the holder 28 by mistake, the mesh will come into contact with the wall of the heating chamber, and sparks will occur when operating at high frequency in this state. However, in this state, the sling net is greatly tilted and becomes unstable, so the user cannot use it in such a form.

(1) By making the rear hole horizontally long and the front hole vertically long so that the rail can move freely in the front-rear direction, especially in the vertical direction on the rear side. It can be installed in a state where the movement of the mesh is restricted, so that even if a downward load is applied when the mesh net is pulled out to the front, the rail and mesh mesh will not tilt, and stable and easy to use mesh mesh support Can provide structure.

(2) Since the hole on the rear side of the rail is horizontally elongated in the front-rear direction, the dimension C of the hole on the rear side is increased to sufficiently absorb the dimensional variation between the front and rear holes of the rail. It is possible to design, and even if the rail is made of porcelain, it is cheap and easy to make, and at the same time, the quality can be stabilized.

(3) Further, by cutting the rear part of the rail pressing portion from the center in the front-rear direction and further providing a protrusion on the front side of the center of the pressing portion in the front-rear direction, it is attempted to use the scone net by mistake. Since it is unstable, it cannot be used, and therefore troubles such as sparks due to misuse can be prevented.
