Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a pattern form which can be easily separated and reused, by forming a pattern form making a ragged pattern on a placed concrete surface by use of an elastic material like foamed polyethylene and thermally fusing the surface with heat to make it smooth. CONSTITUTION:A pattern form 1 having a ragged pattern on the surface is molded by use of an elastic material composed of a single material or combined materials of a foamed synthetic resin like foamed polyethylene, foamed urethane, etc. For molding it, thermal fusion, mechanical cutting, dissolving with chamicals, etc., are applied and the surface is treated with brushes and sand papers and then made smooth by thermal fusion. Next, this pattern form 1 is fixed at a specified position in a formwork 2 and a fluid silidifying material 3 like concrete is charged and cured. After curing, the form 1 is removed and a ragged pattern is made on the surface of concrete 3. In this way, the pattern form 1 can be used repeatedly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of application] The present invention is a shape material mainly related to concrete modeling such as civil engineering and construction and decoration, and is related to road walls and tunnels, bridges, rivers, harbors, As long as concrete is used industrially, such as patterns and reliefs, insignia, letters, monuments, street furniture, flower pots, etc. on the walls of buildings, walls and various decorations are needed, and the society is currently promoting cultural administration as a cultural nation. ing. As a part of this, the present invention is a "shape material" necessary for human life, as it is necessary for human "comfort and moisture" to meet the needs of the times. [Prior Art] As a shape material for imparting a desired morphological pattern on the surface of concrete, etc., one that uses an in-molded piece of Styrofoam as that shape material, and a flat plate of Styrofoam gas burner or electric A shape material produced by using a trowel and the like, which is characterized by forming concrete by pouring it onto a temporary frame and by engraving it with a steel wire brush. In addition, it is a shape material characterized by making an uneven pattern using nichrome wire and finishing it with paper. In addition, there are profile materials that use plastic, wood, FRP, mortar, GRC metal plate, and the like. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] A conventional female profile is one that is inferior in toughness and flexibility, and uses styrofoam with little buffering property, and is easily damaged by the female base material itself. Therefore, once used, the female base material must be discarded, which is not only uneconomical in the first place, but the temporary frame is removed from the temporary frame after the solidification of concrete or the like. There were problems such as the time and labor required for removal, and the need to perform work to remove the concave residue. The product obtained by removing the styrofoam profile, as waste, will fly in the wind and cause pollution. When casting concrete, there is a drawback that thin shaped objects can not stand the pressure of concrete and break. In addition to concrete and other shapes other than those using styrofoam, wood metal gypsum, G
There are various shapes such as R, C, F, R, C, rubber, etc., but each of them is heavy as a shape and has poor repulsive force except rubber.
In addition, the rubber profile is expensive and not economical. [Means for Solving the Problem] As a means for solving the drawback of the profile by the polystyrene foam, "a material such as a synthetic foam resin, a foam rubber or the like of the present invention, or a synthetic material thereof or the like, having a repulsive force Something "(hereinafter referred to as foamed synthetic material) by" bead method in-mold molding, in-mold molding, extrusion molding "(hereinafter referred to as in-mold molding), The processed flat plate is easy to carry because female molds made of expanded polyurethane such as foamed synthetic resin, polypropylene polypropylene, foamed polyethylene, etc. have repulsive force, and can be used as female molds such as concrete to remove the profiles after placing concrete. No residue remains, it can be used many times, it is cheap and economical, there is no pollution at the time of demolding, and thin shaped objects can withstand the pressure of concrete and do not break. In addition, when making uneven shapes such as stones and cobblestone patterns on flat plates, they are manually melted on the plate surface with a burner, nichrome wire, hot gote, etc., or turned by machine tools, tools and tools. Shaped material that is characterized by forming uneven parts by using, peeling the surface, applying a brush, paper, etc., and then partially or completely smoothing the surface with a heat iron, burner, etc. As a result, it is possible to solve the drawbacks of the female-shaped profile due to Styrofoam. Molding of foamed synthetic material or flat plate material obtained by slicing these blocks, or stacking these, using nichrome wire, banner heat gote, etc., using heat-melting or turning blades with cutting machine tools, tools and tools However, after that, a female profile such as concrete whose surface is smoothed by a heat iron or burner can be produced. In addition, synthetic resin-based foam, rubber-based foam, synthetic resin-based material
A shape material characterized by having a rubber-based material, a sheet, or a curtain of these foam materials. This is because these shapes are slightly vulnerable to simple bending as a foamed synthetic material, so that the strength is further increased by forming a skin on the surface of the molded product. Further, the non-combustible material may be formed by attaching the shape member according to claim (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) or (6) to a temporary frame, or by using one of the shape members as a temporary frame. The surface treatment method and wall surface of concrete, etc. characterized by the fact that the solid material is poured into the temporary frame and solidified, and then the temporary frame and the shape material are removed to form an uneven pattern or modeling on the surface of concrete etc. Various shaped objects such as reliefs and monuments can be made. The above is the means for solving the problems. [Function] The present invention is different from the conventional products using a female base material made of Styrofoam, and is highly flexible, and has strong foaming polyethylene, foaming polypropylene, foaming urethane, foaming rubber, foaming synthetic resin system or foaming. Since one material such as rubber or synthetic material of these materials is used as a female mold material such as concrete, even if it is used once, it must be completely peeled off when removed from the temporary frame after use. It is extremely economical because it can be used repeatedly as many times as required. Also, molded products made by molding methods such as bead in-mold molding, in-mold molding, and extrusion molding are molded by heat melting of machine tools, tools, hot irons, burners, etc., and flat plates are also molded. By further heat-melting, there is an effect that the surface becomes smooth. By heat-melting the surface that is peeled, brushed, or thinner, the surface can be changed to have smoothness. It is possible to use molded or plate-shaped molded materials such as bead in-mold molding, in-mold molding, or extrusion molding of one material such as foamed synthetic resin-based or foamed rubber-based material or synthetic material, and the same or different material. As an example, rubber-based, synthetic resin-based, metal-based, plates, sheets are overlaid, or only the lower part is made of a different material, so a characteristic pattern or modeling is created on the surface of concrete, etc. It is a shape material. Embodiments The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows a molded article 1 made of a foam synthetic resin system or a foam rubber system which has been subjected to bead method in-mold molding, in-mold molding, extrusion molding or the like.
