2. Description of the Related Art When a welding filler metal or a consumable electrode is fed to a welded portion, if a position shift relative to the welding target position, that is, a welding position shift occurs, a welding defect such as defective fusion or a weld metal It causes unevenness and seriously affects the quality of the weld. Therefore, there is a need for a feeding method in which some measure is taken in order to prevent the displacement of the welding position of the welding material or the consumable electrode. Conventionally, as a method of feeding the filler material or the consumable electrode while preventing the displacement of the filler metal position, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 3, a filler material or a consumable electrode called a wire having a circular cross section is used. Then, by applying pressure with several pressure rollers whose magnitude of pressure can be adjusted, the winding curl of the wire generated when winding on the reel is removed, straightened and sent to the welding part. There is a method of feeding by feeding the filler material or the consumable electrode while preventing the filler position displacement.

However, when welding the filler material 8 while feeding it with such a device, the welder feeds the filler material 8 by an inching operation for several tens of centimeters before starting welding, and pressurizes the welding roller. The direction and magnitude of the pressing force is adjusted by 13, and the curling of the filler material 8 that occurs when the filler material 8 is wound on the filler material reel 7 is removed by this pressure, and the filler material 8 is straightened and melted. By welding the filler material 8 to the welded portion 2, the filler material 8 is prevented from being displaced in the filler position and is fed. In this case, if the direction and size of the curl of the filler material 8 are constant. The pressure roller 13 adjusted at the beginning may always be used, but the actual winding behavior of the filler material 8 depends on the stress generated when the filler material 8 is wound on the filler material reel 7. The size depends on the position of the filler material reel 7 and the winding diameter. Not a different constant. Therefore, this method has a drawback that the pressure roller 13 must be adjusted many times to remove the curl of the filler material 8. Further, during the actual welding process, the pressure roller 13 is hardly readjusted, and the welder changes the position of the feed nozzle 9 remotely when the welding position of the filler material 8 changes during monitoring. It is sequentially adjusted in the vertical and horizontal directions by the board 16 and returned to the proper welding position, and this adjustment is one of the main tasks of the welder because it needs to be performed over the entire period during welding. Therefore, in the conventional method of preventing the displacement of the welding position of the filler material 8, there are problems such as the precision of displacement prevention and the durability of displacement prevention.

In the welding filler material and consumable electrode feeding method of the present invention, when welding is performed while the filler material or the consumable electrode is being welded to the welded portion, the belt-shaped filler material or the consumable electrode is welded. By changing the cross-sectional shape immediately before, the cross-section coefficient increases and the rigidity improves, which gives the filler material or the electrode a linear directivity, and the displacement of the welding position due to the curl is caused. It can be surely prevented, the quality of welding can be stabilized, and the work of the welder can be reduced.

By passing 0b, the cross-sectional shape is transformed into a semi-arc shape and becomes the filler material 8, the cross-section coefficient increases and the rigidity improves,
As a result, the filler material 8 is welded in a state where the linear directivity is given, so that the displacement of the filler position due to the curl can be prevented. Therefore, in this way, the filler material 8 is welded to the weld 2
By preventing the displacement of the welding position by feeding to the welding machine, it is possible to eliminate the monitoring work required for automatic welding, contribute to cost reduction, and stabilize welding quality.
