[Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
According to the former invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 0-18779,
As shown in FIG. 35, the joint-type corner column 3A is formed by using a Z-shaped steel member and is fastened with a bolt nut through a flange of a horizontally adjoining moving building projecting inward, and is fastened between these flanges at the time of fastening. A packing 63 extending over the entire length is sandwiched between the corner pillars 3A. For this reason, the packing 63 has to be attached to one of the corner posts 3A in advance by an adhesive agent, and it takes time to perform the preparation work. Also, when assembling by aligning the bolt holes of the flanges of the corner posts 3A through which the bolt nuts 64 pass, the bolt holes are on the indoor side, and the person who slings the moving building is outside the room. Therefore, normally, the person who is lifting the moving building and the person who is in the room and who fastens the moving building cannot see each other, and this alignment is a very difficult and time-consuming operation. In the upper part of the moving building that is laterally adjacent,
As shown in Fig. 7, since there is a large gap between the troughs 83, it is necessary to construct the airtight materials 85 and 86.
The airtight material 86 extends over the entire length of the trough 83, and it is difficult to make the airtight material 86 and the gutter cover 83 and the gutter cover 88 in the girder direction evenly adhere to each other. It becomes a factor of leakage.

In both conventional examples, the joint beam 72 and the roof frame 2 are used.
Since 5 is fastened with bolts, it is necessary to align the bolt holes in the upper part of the joint of the moving building, but it is the person in the moving building who observes the position of the bolt holes. On the other hand, the slinging worker who lifts the moving building is outside the moving building, so in order to finely move the moving building and align the bolt hole positions, contact the person who tightens the bolt and the person who operates the crane that lifts the moving building. Difficult and very time consuming to set up a moving building.

According to the invention disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 3-80947, as shown in FIG. 36, the joints 75 are used to fasten the corner posts 3 on the indoor side. Work is short compared to performing hole alignment. However, since the corner pillars are also fastened indoors, it is difficult to properly contact the person who performs the fastening work and the person who slings the moving building. Then, after fastening the corner posts 3 together, as shown in FIG. 36, the joint airtight material 114 is fitted in the gap between the corner posts 3, but since this airtight material 114 extends over the entire length of the corner posts 3, it takes a very long time to insert it. If the gap between the corner posts 3 is not parallel,
This gap cannot be filled with the airtight material 114, and it becomes difficult to insert the airtight material 114 in the narrow portion of the gap.

As described above, in the moving building of the present invention, the floor space can be divided into one wide floor or a suitable partition. It is also possible to build a multi-story building with two or more stories. One block 7 of the moving building
3 is disassembled in exactly the reverse order of assembly. When disassembled, the floor 1 and roof 2 are overlaid, and each panel 10
Can be mixed and stacked. In addition, since all are made with the same module, even if the panels 10 are mixed and stacked,
Since there are few kinds of sizes, in one block, the roof 2 is stacked on the floor 1 as shown in FIG. At that time, pillar 2
The corner pillar 3, the intermediate pillar 8, the panel 10, etc. can all be stored in the space formed by 6. When stored, the area is 1
It is the floor area of one block 73, and other stored blocks are sequentially stacked on the stored block, and the height is much lower than that of one assembled block 73. Therefore, each constituent unit of several blocks 73 can be stored in a place having a large floor area of one block 73, which requires an extremely small place space as compared with the unit block of the conventional block construction. The corner columns 3 are L-shaped and can be made smaller by combining them, and the intermediate columns 8 can be made smaller by bundling.

Next, the joining work for obtaining a building with a wide and narrow one floor will be described together with the block 73. The blocks 73 of the moving building are placed so that the end faces of the seat plate 13 are in contact with each other (FIG. 10). When the seat plates 13 come into contact with each other, there is a space between the floor girders 11 or the wife side frame members 12 as shown in a vertical cross-sectional view (showing the second floor) orthogonal to the joint surface of the block in FIG. A floor joint material 115 is fitted between the ends of the floor plate 16 between the girders 11 or between the gable side frame members 12.

Alternatively, the blocks 73-1 and 73-2 are connected by the C connecting portion. That is, the A connecting portion is inserted on the blocks 73-1 and 73-2 through the bolt holes 6a of the mounting portion 6 as shown in FIG. C connection part is shown in FIG.
As shown in, the three-way fastener 87 is inserted below the mounting portion 6, the bolt hole 6a of the mounting portion 6 is inserted, and the bolts 92 are screwed into the left and right female threads 87a of the three-way fastener 87 through washers. Only the upper parts of the blocks 73-1 and 73-2 are connected. In addition, when connecting the top and bottom with the vertical D connecting part when providing the upper floor on the horizontally connected moving building, when joining the blocks 73-1 and 73-2 on the first floor, the roof side is previously prepared. The mounting plate 67 is inserted into the mounting portion 6 in advance. In the above work, the positioning and fastening of the mounting portion 6 are performed outside the moving building, and the moving building that has become one assembled block is slung by the truck crane, so both the slinging worker and the assembling worker work together. Since they are outside the moving building, it is easy for them to communicate with each other and it is easy for them to communicate with each other regarding the alignment of blocks.

In a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the connecting device has a mounting portion and a connecting member which are fixedly installed at the same position of each moving building, and the moving building is joined on a plane. In the above, the mounting portion is provided so as to face the peripheral edge of the roof, has an inverted L shape when viewed along the direction of the peripheral edge of the roof, and the root side is fixedly secured to the peripheral edge of the roof, and the rising portion is provided with a bolt hole. And a horizontal seat portion that is bent from the leading end of the rising portion and is opposed to each other at the leading end, and the seat portion has a height in contact with the floor frame of the moving building joined to the upper portion, and the connecting members are adjacent to each other on a plane. In the case of connecting the roofs of moving buildings, one fastener is inserted through each of the bolt holes of the above-mentioned mounting parts, and the roof and floor of vertically adjacent moving buildings are connected to the adjacent moving buildings on the upper floor. The floor mounting plate on the floor flange and the adjacent moving building on the lower floor. It is a fastener that pulls the roof mounting plate and the floor mounting plate on the underside of the seat of the facing mounting part, and connects the roof and floor vertically and horizontally that gather in one place in a vertically and horizontally connected state. In the case of the three-way tightening, the two seats are placed under the seats of the mounting parts facing each other on the roof, both ends are equipped with female threads that match the bolt holes of the mounting parts, and the intermediate upper surface has female threads. Tool and the bolt holes of each mounting part and screw into the left and right female threads of the three-way fastener, and the bolt holes of the floor mounting plate on the flange of the floor of the moving building on the upper floor. Since it is a moving building characterized by having a screw member that is screwed into the female screw on the intermediate upper surface of the three-way fastener, one fastener that inserts the mounting portion when connecting only in the lateral direction, for example, through bolt nut And, of course, there is a mounting part outside the moving building Al, and fastener alignment transverse coupling is simple mobile building is easy. When connecting only in the vertical direction, the roof side mounting plate can be moved to the lower surface of the mounting part seat part and both mounting plates can be pulled by the fixing tool. By connecting the roof side plate mounting plate to the roof mounting portion in advance, it is possible to easily connect moving buildings that are vertically stacked. Further, when the moving building is fastened vertically and horizontally (longitudinal and lateral directions) using the three-way fasteners, the moving building can be fastened laterally and vertically at one place, so that the number of mounting portions can be reduced. Further, since the airtight material is not used for the joint portion, the number of airtight material construction steps is reduced.
