【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】一次蒸し工程Aと浸水工程Bと二次蒸し工
程Cとを備えた穀類処理装置において、前記二次蒸し工
程Cは、通気性に富む材料で形成した横送無端帯1の上
行部イと下行部ロとの間に、上行部イの裏面を上面とす
る蒸気室2を形成し、該蒸気室2には前記無端帯1の移
動方向と交叉し且つ該無端帯1の左右幅よりは長い左右
方向の蒸気管4を設け、該蒸気管4には所定間隔をおい
て蒸気噴出孔3を形成し、前記蒸気管4の左右両側には
夫々蒸気供給管4′を接続して左右両側から蒸気を供給
し得る構成とした穀類処理装置。
