上部蒸気管13と下部蒸気管14に送られてきた蒸気の蒸気
温度は、定圧の約100℃であると共に、温度調節手段
(図示せず)を介して温度調節もすることができる。

該上下蒸気管13、14より噴出する蒸気量の調節手段を設
けたから、一層穀類の斑蒸しの防止ができて、品質の良
い炊飯米を得ることが可能である。
