【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】建物を構成する構成部材を、遠隔操作で作
動する開閉用シリンダで開閉する把持装置で把持し、こ
の把持装置をクレーンで懸吊しつつ、 被懸吊台と、この台の上に設けられ遠隔操作で作動する
動力機構と、上記台の下方にこの台に対して旋回自在に
取り付けられ上記動力機構で旋回及び切断動作を行うハ
サミ状のカッターと、上記台の下面と上記カッターとの
間に取り付けられ上記動力機構で作動して上記カッター
を俯仰させる俯仰用シリンダとからなる切断装置をクレ
ーンで懸吊して、 この切断装置で上記構成部材を建物から切断して分離し
た後、この構成部材を上記把持装置で把持した状態で、
クレーンで地面まで移動させることを特徴とする建物の
解体方法。
