Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain demolishing work safety without pollution by a method in which a holder hung down from each crane and a cutter are operated on remote control basis, and the constituents of building are cut while being held and moved to the surface of land. CONSTITUTION:A cutter 5 consisting of a prime mover such as engine, a radio operator, and an oil-pressure slewing and tilting cutter is hung down from a crane 2. Also, a holder 105 consisting of an oil-pressure hook device to be opened or closed from the surface of land is hung down from a crane 102. Television cameras are also set on the tips and cutters of the cranes. The constituents 200a of building are held by the holder 105, cut off by the cutter 5, and moved to the surface of land by the cranes. Operations can thus be safely made without vibration, noise, and dust and also without scaffold.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, the conventional building demolition method described above has a problem in that when the separated structural members are dropped, the impact of the fall generates vibrations, noise, and dust. Furthermore, it takes time and effort to prepare a special scaffold for disassembly, and moreover, since the workers work at a high place on this scaffold, there is a risk that the workers may lose their balance and fall.

can be freely rotated in forward and reverse directions by a hydraulic motor 27 via bevel gears 37 and 38. A first bracket 41 is fixed to the center of the rotating frame 34. The upper end of an L-shaped second bracket 43 is rotatably connected to the lower end of the first bracket 41 via a pin 42. Both ends of an elevation hydraulic cylinder 47 are connected to the left end of the first bracket 41 and the right end of the second bracket 43 via pins 45 and 46. The second bracket 43 can be freely raised or lowered by extending or contracting the raising/lowering hydraulic cylinder 47. A main body 52 of a cutter device 51 is fixed to the lower end of the second bracket 43. A substantially central portion of a scissor-shaped cutter 5556 is rotatably attached to this main body 52 via pins 53 and 54. A rod at the tip of a hydraulic cylinder 6162, which is pin-coupled to the main body 52, is pin-coupled to the upper end of the cutter 55, 56, so that the cutter 55, 56 can perform the cutting operation as shown by the arrow X, reducing the possibility of the cutter being removed. This makes it possible to work more safely and reliably.

As shown in FIG. 2.3, this cutting device 5 is mounted on a stand 21 that also serves as an oil tank, with an engine 22 and a hydraulic pump 26.
It is equipped with a hydraulic motor 27, an engine-equipped generator 31, and a radio control device 32. The engine 22 and the hydraulic pump 26 are arranged coaxially, and the rotational force of the engine is transmitted to the hydraulic pump 26 via the reduction gear device 23. 1. The hydraulic pump 26 and the hydraulic motor 27 are connected by a hydraulic pipe (not shown). The engine-equipped generator 31 supplies power to a radio control device 32 having an antenna 33, a television camera 7, etc., which will be described later. The platform 21 is suspended from the crane 2 by a rope 6 connected to a hanging ring. I try to have 21 tables. Therefore, this cutter device 51 can be rotated around the vertical axis as shown by the arrow Y by rotating the swing frame 34 with the hydraulic motor 27, and the hydraulic cylinder 4 for elevation can be rotated.
By activating 7, it is possible to freely raise the cutting position as shown by arrow Z and locate the desired cutting position, and in this state, by activating hydraulic cylinders 61 and 62, cutting operation can be performed as shown by arrow X. It is. The hydraulic cylinders 61, 62 and the elevation hydraulic cylinder 47 are connected to the hydraulic pump 26 by oilfield piping (not shown). A television camera 7 is attached to a portion projecting downward from the end of the rotating frame 34 in order to monitor the cutter device 51. Further, a television camera 57 is attached to the boom 3 of the crane 2 for monitoring the entire cutting device 5.
