Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、連続精整設備で巻取中のストリツプを剪断
後、そのストリツプの尾端巻ずれを防止し制御するマグ
ネツトフレームからなる巻取案内装置に係り、特にスト
リツプの巾方向の好適な摺動機構を備えたストリツプ尾
端巻取案内装置に関する。

従来の技術は、連続精整設備において、カローゼルリー
ル方式の巻取法は上巻き、下巻きいずれの場合も連続的
にカローゼルリールにストリツプを巻き付けるためにデ
フレクターロールを設置しており、シヤーで剪断後のス
トリツプ尾端の巻ずれ防止法として実開昭58-51817号公
報に記載の通り、マグネツトフレームにストリツプの蛇
行検出量に追従する尾端ガイドローラを設けていた。即
ち、通常の巻取中はシヤーとデフレクターロールとの間
にはストリツプの蛇行量を検出するEPC装置が設けてあ
るので、その蛇行量に応じてカローゼルリールの巻取ド
ラムを移動させ、ストリツプの巻ずれを防止している。
しかし、シヤーで剪断後のストリツプの尾端は、EPC装
置から離れてしまうととともに引張力がなくなるので蛇
行量の検出が不能となり、前記リールの巻取ドラムの移
動が制御不可能になる。そこでストリツプ剪断前にマグ
ネツトフレームを下降させ、剪断後のストリツプの尾端
をマグネツトによつて吸着させて落下を防止している。
一方、マグネツトフレームには尾端ガイドローラを設け
てあり第1図,第4図及び第5図を参照して説明する。
マグネツトフレーム4の先端にはスナバーローラ9が設
けてあつてマグネツトフレーム4の下降に従つて下降し
てコイル11に接触する。ここで最大開の位置にあつた尾
端ガイドローラ12を取付けたフレーム33は空圧シリンダ
13の働きによつてガイドバー24を摺動させコイル11の端
面に当るまで移動させる。左右2個の尾端ガイドローラ
12はそれぞれの空圧シリンダ13の働きによつて移動し、
巻取ドラム7の位置に合わせて追従する。尾端ガイドロ
ーラ12はベアリングを内蔵していてストリツプ3の進行
方向に合わせて回転する。

のみで効果的に移動しない問題があつた。また、マグネ
ツトの吸着力が弱いときは、巾方向に移動しやすく尾端
ガイドロールによつてストリツプの蛇行量に追従容易と
なるが、尾端落下によるベルトラツパーへの巻込みが発
生する恐れがある。

行起動によつて下降し吸着するマグネツト5を有するマ
グネツトフレーム4と、ストリツプ3の蛇行に追従して
ストリツプ3の尾端の巻ずれを防止する尾端ガイドロー
ラ12とからなり、さらに、マグネツトフレーム4に設け
たマグネツト5をストリツプ3の蛇行検出量に応じて巾
方向に摺動可能な機構を有する。即ち、マグネツトフレ
ーム4にはマグネツト5、スナバーローラ9,尾端ガイド
ローラ12及びマグネツト移動用油圧シリンダ14が設けて
あり、先行起動によつてマグネツトフレーム4が下降す
ると同時にスナバーローラ9も下降して巻取中のコイル
11に接触する。この状態ではストリツプ3はマグネツト
5及び案内ローラ6と接触しており、かつ、そのストリ
ツプ3の蛇行はEPC検出器2によつて検出されて巻取ド
ラム7を追従させ移動させている。そして前記スナバー
ローラ9とコイル11との接触によつて尾端ガイドローラ
12用のシリンダ13が起動して尾端ガイドローラ12を移動
し、コイル11の端面にソフトタツチして回転すると同時
に、油圧シリンダ14も起動してマグネツト5を追従させ
る。
