(Problems to be Solved by the Related Art and Invention) Conventionally, linearizing the winding behavior requires delicate adjustment based on experience, and increases the number of alternately arranged reels and reduces the wrapping angle reduction rate. We made adjustments such as making it smaller, but there were disadvantages such as taking up space and increasing costs.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is a lead wire warp correction method in which lead wires are made to meander according to reel rows in which reels are arranged in two alternating rows on a board, and two lead wires are provided at the exit of the board. The pair of contact reels are brought into contact with each other on the substrate so as to be at right angles to the reel row, and the substrate is slightly rotated in the surface direction about the contact point of the contact reel to adjust the outlet side contact. The warp caused by winding on one side of the reel and the residual warp caused by winding on the reel at the preceding stage are mutually corrected to linearize the lead wire.

(Operation) According to the present invention, for example, when lead wires having a curl from the reel pass through the reels arranged in two staggered rows on the substrate, the lead wires meander according to the reels, and gradually move while meandering. When the warp of the lead wire is corrected and enters the pair of contact reels on the exit side, the lead wire has residual warp due to the reel in the preceding stage, and the lead wire has a winding angle with respect to one contact reel. The wrapping angle causes a new residual warp in the lead wire passing through the contact reel. After detecting this residual warp and adjusting the rotation of the substrate in the plane direction by a small angle around the contact point of the set of two contact reels by an angle corresponding to the winding angle according to the detected residual warp, the downstream side is adjusted. When the lead wire is supplied, the lead wire passing through the contact reel is sent out from the contact reel in a straight line after the residual warp of the preceding reel is corrected.

(Example) Next, a present Example is described based on drawing. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a basic form of a lead wire warp correction device used in an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is another example of a lead wire warp correction device used in an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. In the case of this warp straightening device, a plurality of reels (2) are arranged on the reel board (1) in two staggered rows, and the reels a and b on the outlet side are brought into contact with the reel rows at right angles to make contact points p. The lead wire (3) is sandwiched so that it can pass freely at the point p, and the substrate (1) can be reciprocally rotated about the point p. The rotation angle of the substrate (1) is the same as the winding angle of the lead wire of the reel a or the reel b, and this rotation angle is adjusted by the rotation adjusting hole (4) provided on the inlet side of the substrate and the adjusting hole. Adjusted by screws (5). The arrangement of the reels (2) increases the bite on the inlet side and decreases the bite as it approaches the outlet to gradually reduce the amount of repeated warp of the lead wire passing through the reel row.

When carrying out the method for correcting the warp of the lead wire of the present embodiment using the above-described warp correction device, it is carried out as follows.
That is, for example, a lead wire (3) with a winding motion from the reel
Pass through the reel (2) rows arranged in two staggered rows on the substrate (1), the lead wire (3) meanders along the reel (2) row, and the biting gradually becomes smaller during the meandering. The residual warpage of the lead wire (3) is gradually corrected by the reel (2) row, and a pair of contact reels a and b on the outlet side are provided.
to go into. At this time, since the lead wire (3) has a residual warp due to being wound around the reel (2) in the preceding stage, the lead wire (3) has a winding angle with respect to one contact reel b in FIG. Pass through with a residual warp.

Therefore, in this embodiment, the residual warp of the lead wire (3) passing through the contact reels a and b is detected, and the winding angle of the contact reel b is detected based on the detected value, and the rotation adjusting hole (4 )
And the board (1) is rotated by an angle corresponding to this winding angle by using the adjusting screw (5). That is, the rotation adjusting hole (4)
And contact screw p of contact reels a and b using the adjusting screw (5)
With the center as the center, the substrate (1) is rotated by a small amount in the plane direction toward the contact reel a side by the winding angle with respect to the contact reel b. After adjusting the substrate (1) with a small rotation in this way,
When the warp straightening device is driven, the lead wires (3) of the contact reels a and b are corrected for the residual warp due to the preceding reels,
The lead wire (3) passing through the contact reels a and b is linearized.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the rotation adjusting hole (4) and the adjusting screw (5) provided on the inlet side of the substrate (1) form an angle corresponding to the winding angle of the contact reel b on the outlet side. Only by adjusting the rotation of the substrate (1) about the contact point p with a small width, it is possible to correct the residual warp caused by winding the reel (2) in the preceding stage and linearize the lead wire (3).

Therefore, by simply providing the rotation adjusting hole (4) and the adjusting screw (5) on the inlet side of the substrate (1), the winding curl of the lead wire (3) can be removed and linearized, and the number of reels (3) is increased. There is no need to occupy a new place to adjust the lead wire, and the lead wire is compact (3) at low cost.
The lead wire (3) can be linearized by removing the winding curl.
Further, the warp at the outlet is detected corresponding to the change in the warp due to the change in the material of the lead wire (3) and the winding diameter, and the rotation adjusting hole (4) and the adjusting screw (5) are detected based on the detection result. By adjusting the amount of rotation of the substrate (1), the lead wire (3) can be linearized without being affected by variations in the material and winding diameter of the lead wire (3).

In addition, FIG. 2 is an application form of the present invention in which two substrates are combined at a right angle to correct the warp in the vertical and horizontal directions of the lead wire and to straighten the lead wire.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, 2
One set of contact reels are brought into contact with each other on the substrate so as to be at right angles to the reel row, and the substrates are slightly rotated in the plane direction about the contact of the contact reel to adjust the outlet side contact reel. Since the lead wire is linearized by mutually compensating for the warp caused by winding on one side and the residual warpage caused by winding on the previous stage reel, it is possible to lead at low cost without increasing the number of reels and taking additional space. The curl of the line can be removed to make it straight.
