Abstract

PURPOSE:To correct a warp, which is generated by winding of a lead wire around one of outlet side contact reels, and the residual warp of a last stage mutually by turning a base plate for adjustment at narrow width around of a contact point within the surface. CONSTITUTION:Multiple reels 2 are located into two lines alternatively on a reel base plate 1, and outlet side reels (a), (b) are made to contact to the reel line at right angle and this contact point is showed with (p), and a lead wire 3 is pinched at the point (p) freely to pass through, and the while base plate 1 can be turned normally and reversely around of the point (p). An angle of turn of the base plate 1 is adjusted by a turn adjusting hole 4 provided in the inlet side of the base plate 1 and an adjusting screw 5 engaged with this adjusting hole. About arrangement of the reels 2, bite of the reels 2 is made large at the inlet side, and bite is reduced gradually as the reels 2 come close to the outlet to reduce a quantity of warp repeated by the lead wire passing through the reel line.
