100重量部に対し、カーボンブラック35〜60重量部およ
びエキスパンダブルグラフアイト5〜30重量部を配合し
てなる難燃性アクリルゴム組成物で形成されたことを特
徴とする。

されると、C軸方向に対し100〜300倍にまで膨張し、優
れた断熱性を発揮する。このエキスパンダブルグラフア
イトの配合量は、アクリルゴム100重量部に対して5〜3
0重量部とする。エキスパンダブルグラフアイトの配合
量が5重量部未満であると難燃性が不十分であり、30重
量部を越えるとロール粘着性が大となり、混練加工性が
悪くなる。

た。なお、燃焼性においては、燃焼時間60秒以内または
燃焼長さ5cm以内に自己消火するものは難燃性有りとし

例3)は混練加工が困難となる。難燃剤として塩素化パ
ラフインと三酸化アンチモンを併用した場合(比較例
4)は、混練加工性がやや悪くなるとともに燃焼時にハ
ロゲン系ガスが発生する。
