<Prior Art> A so-called decorative chocolate, in which a concave and convex three-dimensional decorative pattern of different color chocolate is integrally molded and fixed on the surface of the chocolate body, as shown in Fig. 3, is made of a conventional synthetic resin material such as polycarbonate. Lower mold made 1
Decorative pattern 2 such as letters, figures and patterns is engraved on the surface of
Molding is performed by the molding dies 1 and 3 in which the upper mold 3 having the through opening 4 is placed on the engraved portion 2 having the decorative pattern. That is, the chocolate 5 is poured into the decorative pattern engraved portion 2 of the lower mold 1,
After the chocolate 5 is inserted into the decorative pattern engraved portion 2 by a scraper made of steel or the like, and the surface of the lower mold 1 is scraped to scrape off excess chocolate, the decorative pattern engraved portion 2 is formed.
The upper mold 3 is arranged so that the through-opening 4 is located on the top, and the chocolates 6 of different colors are poured through the through-opening 4, cooled and solidified, and then the chocolate is molded from the lower mold 1 and the upper mold 3. By removing, the decorative chocolate in which the uneven three-dimensional decorative pattern of the chocolate 5 of different color is integrally provided on the upper surface of the chocolate body 6 is molded.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> In this type of molding die, the lower die 1 is made of a synthetic resin such as polycarbonate. The lower mold 1 is engraved with decorative patterns such as characters, figures and patterns.
After pouring the chocolate 5 into the above, it is necessary to scrape the surface of the lower mold with a scraper made of steel or the like as described above in order to remove the excess chocolate.
However, when the lower mold made of polycarbonate is scraped by a scraper made of steel or the like, many scratches are formed on the surface of the lower mold 1 after about 100 operations. When the lower mold 1 having a flaw on the surface is used, the chocolate 5 remains in the recess of the flaw 7 even if the surface is scraped with a scraper. Next, when the upper mold 3 is placed and the chocolate body material 6 is poured, the chocolate 5 remaining in the recess of the flaw 7 and the chocolate body material 6 adhere to each other, and the chocolate 5 remaining in the recess of the die 7 is removed when the die is cut. Since it firmly adheres to the dent, the surface of the chocolate body 6 adheres to the chocolate 5 and is stripped off, resulting in a rough surface 6a as shown in FIG. 4, which significantly reduces the commercial value.

<Means for Solving the Problems> According to the present invention, a decorative chocolate is molded by molding and fixing a thin and uneven three-dimensional decorative pattern chocolate of a color different from the color of the chocolate main body on the surface of the chocolate main body. In order to mold the chocolate body, in order to mold the chocolate body, an upper mold having a through opening through which the chocolate body material is poured, and in order to mold the chocolate having a three-dimensional concave-convex decorative pattern, a concave-convex three-dimensional decorative pattern is poured into which the chocolate material is poured. And a lower mold having the engraved portion at a position corresponding to the through opening of the upper mold, and a crosslinked resin protective reinforcing film is adhered to at least a contact surface of the lower mold on which the upper mold is placed with the upper mold. A mold for decorative chocolate is provided.

以下、本発明につき更に詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.

FIG. 1 shows the lower mold 11 of the decorative chocolate mold of the present invention.
Is shown. The lower mold 11 is made of a synthetic resin such as polycarbonate, and the lower mold 11 is engraved with a decorative pattern 12 such as letters, figures and patterns.

A cross-linking resin protective reinforcing film 11a containing a pigment is adhered to the contact surface of the lower mold 11 with the upper mold 13, as clearly shown in FIG. In the illustrated example, the surface of the decorative pattern engraved portion 12 is also in contact with the crosslinked resin protective reinforcing film 11a, but it is not always necessary to adhere it to the entire surface, and only the contact surface with the upper mold 13 is protected as described later. The reinforcing film 11a may be adhered.

The crosslinked resin protective reinforcing film is composed of a crosslinked resin film crosslinked with a curing agent. The cross-linking resin is preferably an epoxy resin or a urethane resin. A pigment may be added to the protective enhancement film to color it. 90% by weight of the total when pigments are added
And preferably up to 70% by weight. As the pigment, it is desirable to use an extender pigment such as titanium oxide, calcium carbonate or talc. When the content of the cross-linking resin is less than 10% by weight, the flexibility of the protective reinforcing film is lowered and the adhesiveness to the lower mold 11 is lowered. The thickness of the crosslinkable resin protective reinforced film is not particularly critical, but is usually 10 to 50.
Micron size is sufficient.

In adhering the crosslinkable resin protective reinforced film to the surface of the lower mold 11, a solvent capable of dissolving an uncrosslinked liquid or powdery resin, for example, alcohols, ketones, ethers,
After dissolving in a mixed solvent or the like, it is mixed with a powdery pigment, a curing agent is added, and it is evenly applied using a spray, a brush, a roller or the like. Then, it is heated and dried at 60 ° to 140 ° C. for 30 to 50 minutes to firmly adhere to the surface of the lower mold 11.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, an upper mold 13 having a through opening 14 is formed.
Is placed on the lower mold 11. The through opening 14 is provided at a location corresponding to the decorative pattern engraved portion 12 of the lower mold 11. Then, the main body material 16 constituting the chocolate main body, that is, the decorative pattern portion is poured white chocolate in the case of white chocolate, the lower mold 11 and the upper mold 13 are rapidly cooled chocolate material 15, 16 in a state of overlapping, Uneven three-dimensional decorative pattern chocolate 1
5 and the chocolate body 16 are adhered and solidified. The cooling temperature and time vary depending on the thickness of the chocolate body 16, but when the chocolate material in a fluid state at a temperature of 29 ° to 31 ° C is cooled and solidified, it is usually 15 to 25 when cooled at a temperature of 4 ° to 7 ° C. Solidify in about a minute. After solidification, it is die-cut by a conventional method to obtain a decorative chocolate.
