As described above, according to the present invention, a kneaded product of rubber and magnetic powder is compressed into a plate shape to form a rubber magnet plate,
Two reinforcing fabric plates made of a woven fabric treated with an adhesive treatment agent are placed opposite to each other with the rubber magnet plate sandwiched in the center, and each of the reinforcing fabric plates is pressed by heating these three members in a heated state. Cracks on the front and back surfaces of the main body of the insole were produced by embedding it in the vicinity of the front and back surfaces inside the rubber magnet plate and integrally joining the three members by heat welding of the adhesive treatment agent to produce the insole. It is possible to completely prevent the occurrence of cracks and the protrusion of the insole from the main body of the insole, and there is no fear that the reinforcing fabric plates are separated from the main body of the insole, and the strength and durability of the insole are enhanced. Furthermore, by simply heating and pressing the rubber magnet plate in the center between the two reinforcing cloth plates, each reinforcing cloth plate can be easily placed in a buried state along the front and back surfaces of the rubber magnet board. It is possible to produce a sock insole having excellent strength without requiring special steps, and the remarkable effects of achieving the object of the invention are achieved.
