2. Description of the Related Art SMC is mainly composed of unsaturated polyester resin, which is mixed with a filler, a catalyst, a mold release material, a pigment and the like to form a paste, which is prepared by cutting glass fiber and polyethylene film. One that is sandwiched between them and pressed by a roll to be integrally molded to limit the fluidity to form a sheet (plate). Since such SMC is a homogeneous sheet-shaped molding material having good fluidity, a proper amount of this SMC is weighed, put in a suitable mold, and compression-molded while heating to obtain a product having a complicated shape. Even if there are many parts, they can be integrally molded without being divided into many parts, and large-sized molding is possible. Therefore, housing-related fields such as unit baths, waterproof pans, wall panels, etc., front-end panels, transmission covers, etc. It is preferably used in various fields such as parts, parabolic antennas, electric parts such as range trays, industrial parts, helmets and surfboards. As a technique for producing a compression-molded article with a pattern using the SMC as described above, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-1832
No. 0, No. 4-64113 is known. However, conventionally, two layers of a layer on which a pattern or the like is printed and SMC are overlapped and compression-molded, but it is difficult to simultaneously solve the problem of peeling between layers and the problems such as bleeding, flow, and breakage of pictures. Yes The incidence of defective products was high.

The intermediate sheet has a thickness of 0.1-1.0.
Any form may be used as long as the unit area weight is 20 to 200 g / m 2 in mm, and the material is an inorganic material,
Any organic substance can be used. As for the material and form, fibers made of polyester, nylon, polyacrylate, polyacrylonitrile, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane or glass are used in the state of being processed into a woven fabric or in the state of being processed into a non-woven fabric. Further, a foamed communication cell state can also be used. The intermediate sheet forms the essential point of the present invention, and by providing the intermediate sheet, the resin from the SMC layer is absorbed, and as a result, S
The flow pressure of the MC resin is relaxed, that is, the flow resistance is reduced and the fluidity is improved, and as a result, the resin-impregnated decorative sheet surface is molded without bleeding, flowing or cutting It is thought that it has become possible to do. The intermediate sheet may be provided in the entire region of the compression molded product or in a partial region thereof, and may be wider, narrower or the same size as the resin-impregnated decorative sheet.

The intermediate sheet varies depending on the material, shape, processing state of the fiber used in the sheet, the type of molding machine, etc., but is determined in consideration of the resin absorption amount and the flow resistance reduction amount. The thickness of the intermediate sheet is 0.1-1.0 mm, preferably 0.2-0.5 mm, and the unit area weight is 20-.
200 g / m 2 , preferably 30-100 g / m 2 is used. If the thickness is less than 0.1 mm and the unit area weight is less than 20 g / m 2 , the object of the present application cannot be achieved because patterns or the like may be bleeded, run or cut. Further, when the thickness is more than 1.0 mm and the unit area weight is 200 g / m 2 heavier, the adhesion between the resin-impregnated decorative sheet and the intermediate sheet is insufficient and peeling becomes a problem.

The resin-impregnated decorative sheet is formed by printing a pattern on a non-woven fabric or a woven fabric of fibers and impregnating it with a thermosetting resin or the like. As the sheet, glass cloth, synthetic fiber or the like is used. The sheet may be formed by processing fibers into a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric. The decorative sheet is a sheet in which a pattern or the like is written. The resin-impregnated decorative sheet having a pattern is a woven cloth or a non-woven cloth having a pattern or the like and then impregnated with a resin. The pattern or the like may be applied by printing, handwriting, or combining fibers of different colors to form a pattern, a picture, or the like. The method of printing the pattern or the like may be any of letterpress printing, intaglio (gravure) printing, offset printing, silk printing, transfer printing, and the like, and in some cases, an electronic printing method can also be applied. In the case of a colored pattern, it is preferable to print with a heat resistant dye or pigment. As the thermosetting resin to be impregnated into the decorative sheet,
A diallyl phthalate resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, a melamine resin, a urea resin and the like can be preferably used. Curing can be performed by simply heating, but for example, a peroxide catalyst is used, and depending on the molding temperature, benzoyl peroxide, tertiary butyl peroctoate, tertiary butyl perbenzoate, tertiary butyl peroxyisopropyl carbonate. A high temperature catalyst such as the above is used appropriately, and the amount used is determined depending on the molding conditions. The amount used is 0.
The range of 6-2.5% is preferred. Resin impregnation amount is 50
The target is less than or equal to%, but it can be changed within the range of 20-100% by combining with SMC. The resin-impregnated decorative sheet also has a resin-impregnated region in the upper part of the sheet and a region not impregnated with resin in the lower region to form an apparently three-layered SMC layer, an intermediate sheet, and a resin. It is included in the range of patterned molded articles composed of three layers of the impregnated decorative sheet. The resin-impregnated decorative sheet can be provided in the entire area of the compression molded product or in a partial area thereof.

As the intermediate sheet, a nylon non-woven fabric having a thickness of 0.3 mm and a unit weight of 30 g / m 2 was cut into the same size as the resin-impregnated decorative sheet below and used. As a resin-impregnated decorative sheet, a polyester non-woven fabric impregnated with a melamine resin having a thickness of 0.3 mm and a unit weight of 60 g / m 2 was used by printing a wood grain pattern on its surface with a brown pigment containing nitrocellulose and an alkyd resin. . An intermediate sheet was overlaid on the SMC layer, a resin-impregnated decorative sheet on which a pattern was printed was overlaid on the SMC layer, and compression molding was performed using a mold having a smooth pressing surface to form a tray with a wood pattern.
The molding conditions were an upper mold temperature of 160 ° C., a lower mold temperature of 140 ° C., a molding pressure of 100 kg / cm 2 , a second stage compression, a final stage compression rate of 3 mm / sec, and a molding time of 3 minutes. The obtained tray has a width of 415 mm, a length of 310 mm, and a depth of 20.
mm, the pattern was painted as a glossy smooth surface, was extremely beautiful, had a sufficiently high peeling strength, and was clear without bleeding, flow or break of the pattern.
