The thin-layered blade edge forming member 16 is formed of a material harder than the material of the blade member over the range of (3) (FIG. 3). Various methods can be used as a method for forming the blade edge forming portion, and for example, a blade of a blade edge forming member can be formed by forming a cemented carbide film by a thermal spray coating method. Other methods include solid carburizing method, gas carburizing method, gas carbonitriding method, gas nitriding method, salt bath method (boronization, sulfurization, nitriding, carburizing), metal infiltration method (diffusion coating method), and induction firing. There are an injection method, a hardfacing method, an electric discharge hardening method and the like. Further, it is preferable that the transverse width, that is, the thickness of the blade edge forming member is about 2 to 100 microns.

なる(図5)。The blade according to the present invention is formed as described above, and the blade tip forming member is formed to be harder than the blade member. Therefore, if the blade is used, the blade tip is formed. The blade portion around the forming member wears first, so that the edge of the blade forming member 16 is always kept the same as or slightly protrudes from the edge of the blade member, and the edge of the blade forming member is always kept. It will be retained as a new cutting edge (Fig. 5).
