(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the present invention relates to a method of sealing a container such as a bottle made of glass or plastic with a sealing plug in which a sealing material and a sealing cap body are separately provided. The sealing material is composed of a heat-shrinkable material, the sealing material is attached to the container's hermetically-sealed mouth, heat-shrinked to temporarily seal the hermetically-sealed mouth, and then the body of the cap is tightened, screwed or press-fitted, and the sealing material is preliminarily used The sealing material and the sealing body are integrally bonded via a pressure-sensitive adhesive that is interposed between the sealing material and the sealing body, and the sealing material and the sealing body are configured as separate bodies. In a sealing stopper for tightly sealing a container such as a bottle made of plastic, the sealing material is composed of a heat-shrinkable material, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive is interposed between the contact surfaces of the sealing material and the sealing body. Of the above problems It is a solution.

In the figure, 10 is a sealing body made of metal or plastic, 11 is a sealing material, and 12 is a bottle made of glass, PET or the like. The sealing material 11 is formed from a cup-shaped plastic film having a heat shrinkability, which is made slightly larger than the outer diameter of the bottle mouth.

A layer of pressure sensitive adhesive 14 is provided on the back surface of the closure body 10.
As the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14, for example, a self-adhesive latex containing natural rubber as a main component is adopted. Same adhesive
The 14 layers do not necessarily have to be provided on the entire back surface of the closure body 10, and when the closure body 10 is removed from the bottle mouth (opened), the sealing material 11 is removed together with the closure body 10. It is sufficient if it has a sufficient adhesive force.

In this embodiment, the layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 is preliminarily coated with the sealing body 10
Although it may be provided on the contact surface of the sealing material 11 with the sealing body 10, the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 is separately prepared and sealed in a bottle mouth. The plug body 10 may be loaded between the sealing material 11 and the sealing body 11 at the time of bonding.

When attempting to seal the bottle with the above-mentioned plug, first, the bottle 12 is covered with the sealing material 11 gently and heated. By this heating, the sealing material 11 is shrunk so as to be brought into close contact with the bottle mouth and temporarily sealed. At this time, if it is desired to improve the sealing property, a normal packing material 13 should be provided between the top surface of the bottle and the sealing material 11.

Further, the depth when the sealing material 11 is put on the bottle mouth is sufficient as long as the adhesion between the bottle mouth and the sealing material is ensured. For example, in the case of a screw plug, the depth is the threaded portion. It only needs to be lightly applied, or almost nothing.

After finishing the temporary seal, tighten the closure body 10 around the bottle,
Or screw it in. At this time, since there is a layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 on the back surface of the closure body 10, the closure body 10 presses the surface of the sealing material 11 as the winding or screwing progresses, and the pressing force seals. The material 11 and the plug body 10 are bonded and integrated via a pressure-sensitive adhesive 14.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, according to the present invention, first, the sealing material is heat-shrinked to temporarily seal the container (bottle), and then the sealing body is attached to the hermetically-sealed mouth, and at the same time, the pressing is performed. The sealing material and sealing body are bonded and integrated via pressure-sensitive adhesive by pressure, so that the sealing material and the sealing body are handled separately when sealing, and the sealing property is easy to manage. The sealing material and the body of the sealing plug can be integrated and removed at the same time, and the complexity of opening the plug can be eliminated. In particular, in the present invention, for temporary sealing, the sealing material is lightly covered on the bottle mouth, and then contracted and adhered only by heating, so that the mechanical structure for mounting the sealing material is simple.
