The sealing material 2 (2) and the sealing material 2 (2) are made into one body during manufacturing, and the sealing material 2 (2) is wrapped around the bottle (3) or the sealing material (1) is threaded and screwed into the bottle (1). It is to be sealed. 7 is a bottle made of glass, etc., with the crown body of 5 and 6
The sealing material 7 is integrated during manufacturing and is used to cap the bottle 7. In both of the conventional capping machines shown in FIGS. 3M and 4, the structure of the capping machine is complicated, and it is difficult to control the sealing performance of the container.

ものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the present invention provides a method for sealing a container such as a bottle made of glass or plastic with a closure in which a sealing material and a closure body are constructed separately. The sealing material is made of a heat-shrinkable material, and the sealing material is attached to the closure of the container and heat-shrinked to temporarily seal the closure, and then the closure is tightened, screwed, or press-fitted, and the sealing material is pre-coated with the sealing material. The sealing material and the capping body are integrally bonded together via a pressure-sensitive adhesive interposed between the sealing material and the capping body, and the sealing material and the capping body are constructed separately, and the A closure for sealing a container such as a bottle made of plastic is composed of the sealing material and a heat-shrinkable material, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive is interposed between the contact surface of the sealing material and the closure body. This is a solution to the above problem.

The sealing material 11 is molded from a heat-shrinkable plastic film or the like in a cup shape that is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the day of the week.

As the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14, for example, self-adhesive latex containing natural rubber as a main component is used. The layer of adhesive 14 does not necessarily need to be provided on the entire back surface of the closure body 10, and when the closure body 10 is removed (opened) from the day of the week, the sealing material 11 is removed integrally with the closure body 10. It is sufficient as long as it has sufficient adhesive strength to be removed.

Furthermore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 may be prepared separately and loaded between the sealing material 11 and the sealing material 11 when the sealing body 10 is attached on each day of the week.

By this heating, the sealing material 11 is contracted and brought into close contact with the boundary to form a temporary seal. At this time, if the sealing performance is to be improved, a normal packing material 13 is interposed between the top surface of the boundary and the sealing material 11.

At this time, since there is a layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 on the back surface of the sealing body 10, as the tightening or screwing progresses, the sealing body 10 presses the surface of the sealing material 11, and the pressing force causes the sealing. The material 11 and the sealing body 10 are bonded together via a pressure-sensitive adhesive 14.

の構造が簡単なものですむ。(Effects of the Invention) As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the sealing material is first heat-shrinked to temporarily seal the container (bottle), and then the closure main body is attached to the closure opening, and at the same time, the closure is pressed. By using pressure to bond and integrate the sealing material and the sealing body with a pressure-sensitive adhesive, the sealing material and the sealing body are handled separately when sealing, making it easy to manage the sealing quality. The sealing material and the sealing body are integrated and can be removed at the same time, eliminating complications when opening the cap. In particular, in the present invention, for temporary sealing, the sealing material is lightly placed on the border of the container and then heated to shrink and adhere, so the structure of the mechanical device for attaching the sealing material is simple.
