Description

The present invention relates to a block for constructing a green retaining wall in which soil and sand are filled and desired flowers and the like are planted.
【0002】[0002]
Conventionally, a large number of blocks for constructing a green retaining wall of this kind have been developed, and for example, there is a block shown in FIG. 18 disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-3873. That is, the block 1 has a rectangular tube shape that is open in the vertical direction, and is composed of left and right side walls 2 and 3 that are parallel to each other, a convex front wall 4 and a rear wall 5, and the upper end and the lower end thereof. The portion is provided with a concave portion 6 and a convex portion 7 which can be fitted to each other. Then, one block on the upper stage is stacked so as to be supported on two blocks on the lower stage at least at three points.
【0003】[0003]
However, since the conventional block 1 shown in FIG. 18 is laminated by fitting the concave portions 6 and the convex portions 7 provided on the upper end portion and the lower end portion, only a retaining wall having one type of gradient is constructed. I can't build. That is, it is necessary to use another block in which the formation position of the uneven portion is different for each different gradient of the retaining wall. Therefore, it is necessary to manufacture a plurality of irregular blocks, which causes a problem of high cost.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide a block having the same shape and capable of constructing a retaining wall having an arbitrary gradient. The main point of this is to form a hexagonal rectangular block with a hexagonal shape in plan view that opens vertically with the left and right front and rear side walls, and the front and rear walls of the same width. A wing portion is provided so as to project at an intersection of the front side wall and the rear side wall, and an arcuate concave portion that opens to an outer surface is provided on an upper surface of the wing portion, and a lower surface is a circle that can abut the rear surface wall. A block for constructing a green retaining wall is characterized in that a semicircular convex portion is formed at the center of the lower surface of the front wall so that it can be fitted with the circular arc concave portion on the upper surface of the wing portion. It is in.
【0005】[0005]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to an embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 17. In FIGS. 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 is a concrete rectangular tubular block having the same thickness T. The left and right front side walls 2, the left and right rear side walls 3, and the front wall 4 and the rear wall 5 having the same width are formed into a hexagonal tubular shape in plan view that opens in the vertical direction. At the intersection of the side wall 2 and the rear side wall 3, wing portions 6 project from the left and right. The front surface 6a of the wing portion 6 is parallel to the front wall 4 and the rear wall 5, and the left and right side surfaces 6b are parallel to each other, and the width W1 of the front surface 6a is equal to that of the front wall 4 and the rear wall 5. The width W of the outer surface of the rear wall 5 is set to ½.
Reference numeral 7 denotes a bottom front half of the rectangular tubular block 1, which has the same shape as the top front half, and a rear portion of the bottom front half 7, that is, a bottom rear half, rises toward the rear wall 5. It is formed by the inclined bottom wall 8. Therefore, the vegetation space 9 formed by the inner surfaces of the front side wall 2, the rear side wall 3, the front wall 4 and the rear wall 5 of the rectangular tubular block 1 has a hexagonal upper surface and an equipedestal lower surface. Each of them has an opening at the front half portion 7 of the bottom surface. Each inner surface of the rectangular tubular block 1 is formed as an inclined surface that gradually shrinks from the upper side to the lower side. Therefore, the length L of the inner surface of the front side wall 2 on the upper surface side is slightly longer than the length 1 of the inner surface of the bottom surface portion.
Reference numeral 10 denotes an arcuate recess having a predetermined depth formed on the upper surfaces of the left and right wings 6, and is formed so as to open toward the side surface 6 b of the wings 6. Further, in the front half 7 of the bottom surface of the rectangular tubular block 1, semicircular convex portions 13 and 14 each having a rounded front are provided at the central portions of the front edge 11 and the rear edge 12, respectively. The semi-circular convex portion 13 has a size such that it can be fitted into the arc-shaped concave portion 10 formed on the upper surface of the blade portion 6, and its rear surface is formed as a flat surface continuous with the inner surface of the front wall 4 and The rear surface of the other semi-circular convex portion 14 provided at the center of the edge portion 12 is formed so as to contact the rear edge thereof.
Reference numeral 15 denotes an arcuate convex portion provided on the bottom surface of the wing portion 6, which is rounded at the front and is provided in contact with the outer surface of the front side wall 2. The heights of the semi-circular convex portions 13, 14, 15 are set to be the same.
FIGS. 5 and 6 show a half-mounting block. This half-mounting block 16 has the rectangular cylindrical block 1 left and right with a width of 1/2 of the width W of the front wall 4 and the rear wall 5 thereof. When it is cut symmetrically, it has a pentagonal shape in plan view in which the cut portion is closed by the long side wall 17, and only one is shown in the drawing. The same reference numerals as those of the above-mentioned embodiment have the same structure, but the convex portion 13A of the bottom front half portion 7A of the half-mounting block 16 has a quarter circle shape.
Next, a case of constructing a retaining wall using the square tubular block 1 and the half-mounting block 16 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 17. As shown in FIG. 7, with the front wall 4 of each block 1 facing forward, the side walls 6b of the wings 6 of the blocks 1 are brought into contact with each other in a row, and in some cases, the half-loaded blocks 16 are brought into contact with the end portions thereof, Build the lower block group. The upper block group is stacked in a staggered manner on the lower block group in a lateral direction and rearward, and a retaining wall having a desired gradient and a desired height is constructed by stacking the blocks repeatedly. 9 is filled with earth and sand and plants such as flowers are planted. The following is an example of stacking when building retaining walls with different slopes.
As shown in FIG. 8, the upper block group stacked on the lower block group as described above is a straight line of the semicircular convex portion 13 formed on the front edge portion 11 of the bottom front half portion 7. As shown in Fig. 9, the rear surface 13a of the lower block group is laminated so that it comes into contact with the centers of the front surfaces 6a, 6a of the adjacent blades 6, 6 of the lower block group. You can build walls. In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, the front edge portion of the bottom front half portion 7 of the upper block group is provided in the arcuate recesses 10 and 10 formed on the upper surfaces of the adjacent blade portions 6 and 6 of the lower block group. By stacking the semi-circular convex portions 13 formed on 11 so as to fit together, as shown in FIG. 11, a retaining wall having a relatively steep normal gradient θ2 can be constructed.
Further, as shown in FIG. 12, on the inner surface of the rear wall 5 of the lower block group, the linear shape of the arc-shaped convex portion 15 formed on the bottom surface of the wing portion 6 in the bottom front half portion 7 of the upper block group. When the rear surface 15a is brought into contact, the arc-shaped front surface 13b of the semicircular convex portion 13 formed on the lower surface of the front edge portion 11 is formed on the upper surface of the adjacent blade portion 6 of the lower block group. By contacting the openings of the arcuate recesses 10, 10, it is possible to construct a retaining wall having a relatively gentle normal gradient θ3, as shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the outer surface of the rear surface wall 5 of the lower block group is laminated so that the circular arc surfaces 15b of the left and right circular arc-shaped convex portions 15 of the upper block group are in contact with each other. As shown in FIG. 5, a retaining wall having a gentle normal gradient θ4 can be constructed.
FIG. 16 shows a retaining wall having the relatively steep gradient θ2 shown in FIG. 11 and is constructed in the case of constructing a retaining wall having a concave inner side in plan view. For example, the lower block group is formed by connecting the blocks 1 at a predetermined angle, and is formed by the circular arc-shaped recess 10 formed on the upper surface of the adjacent wing portion 6 of the lower block group. The semicircular convex portion 13 formed at the front edge portion 11 of the bottom front half portion 7 of the upper block group is fitted into the concave portion. Then, by rotating the semi-circular convex portion 13 in the circular concave portions 10 and 10, the blocks 1 are connected at a desired angle, and by repeating this, the radius of the radius of the concave portion having the desired height and being inward is retained. You can build walls.
In contrast to what is shown in FIG. 16, what is shown in FIG. 17 is an embodiment in the case of constructing a retaining wall having a radius that is convex inward in a plan view. The connection method of each block 1 can be constructed by repeating the work reverse to the above. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the case of constructing a retaining wall having a relatively steep normal gradient θ2 and having a radius R2 in plan view has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. The side surfaces of each of the semi-circular convex portion 13 and the circular arc convex portion 15 are formed as a circular arc surface, so that the upper surface block 1 is curved even if the working surface is curved and the angle between the lower block is changed. Can be easily dealt with since it has a configuration in which the convex portions 13 and 15 are in contact with the lower block by the radius. The semi-circular convex portion 14 is intended to make the rectangular tubular block 1 self-supporting during transportation.

As described above, the green retaining wall construction block according to the present invention has a rectangular hexagonal shape in a plan view, which is vertically opened by the left and right front and rear side walls, and the front and rear walls having the same width. When the block is formed, a wing portion is projected at the intersection of the front side wall and the rear side wall, and an arcuate concave portion opening to the outer surface is formed on the upper surface of the wing portion, and the lower surface is formed by the arc-shaped concave portion. Each of the arcuate convex portions that can come into contact with the rear surface wall is formed, and a semicircular convex portion that can be fitted into the arcuate concave portion on the upper surface of the blade is formed in the center of the lower surface of the front wall. From the above, it is possible to construct a retaining wall with an arbitrary slope by simply changing the laminated state with the same block, and it is possible to reduce the cost, and it is also possible to easily cope with curved retaining walls. be able to. In addition, the rear half of the bottom of the rectangular cylindrical block composed of the left and right rear side walls and the rear wall is closed by the rising slope wall that gradually rises toward the rear wall. Even if the amount of soil excavated is small, there are various effects such as good drainage in the vegetation space and no root rot.
