First, a transfer sheet having a pattern layer formed on one surface of a water-soluble substrate sheet is floated on the water surface with the pattern layer side facing up. At this time, in order to uniformly dissolve the entire surface of the water-soluble substrate sheet, care must be taken so that the entire surface of the water-soluble substrate sheet is immersed in the water surface at the same time. Next, the water-soluble substrate sheet is dissolved to a semi-dissolved state to leave a semi-fluid pattern layer. Next, the transferred material is gradually submerged in water while being pressed against the semi-fluid pattern layer. At this time, registration is performed at the same time. Further, at this time, bubbles are likely to be caught between the transferred material and the pattern layer, and in order to prevent the bubbles from being caught, it is necessary to devise the molded product such that the molded product is inclined and immersed in water. Next, the pattern layer is transferred to the surface of the transfer target by hydraulic pressure (see FIG. 8). Next, the transferred material to be transferred is taken out from water, and the rest of the water-soluble substrate sheet attached to the surface of the pattern is washed with water and dropped.

However, according to the above-mentioned transfer method, the water-soluble base sheet is dissolved on the water surface and the pattern in the semi-fluid state is transferred to the transfer target, so that the water-soluble base sheet is not dissolved. As the process progressed, the patterns fell apart, and the original patterns could not be transferred, resulting in poor positional accuracy.

In addition, in order to prevent the patterns from coming apart, it has been devised to sunk and transfer an object to be transferred when the entire surface of the water-soluble substrate sheet is in a semi-dissolved state. It was very difficult to simultaneously dip the entire surface of the water-soluble substrate sheet on the water surface in order to make the entire surface uniformly semi-dissolved, because the transfer sheet was a thin film.

Further, since the pattern is made to follow the transferred object only by the water pressure from the transfer sheet side, bubbles can be easily caught between the transferred object and the pattern when the transferred object is submerged in water.
In order to prevent this, it was necessary to take measures such as tilting the molded product. Also, because the way the water pressure is applied depends on the water depth,
The transfer pressure was partially different, and the adhesion strength of the design of the obtained product was uneven.

Further, since the transfer work is performed in water, when the product is pulled up from the water after the transfer, water surface tension is applied to the product, and the design may drop off. In addition, the water-soluble base sheet may remain attached to the design surface of the product taken out from the water, and further washing with water is required, which requires many working steps.

Further, in order to perform transfer in water, the bottom area is large enough to float on the water surface in a state where the transfer sheet is spread, and the depth is large enough to immerse all or part of the transferred material in water. Installation of the device was difficult because a large water tank facility was required.

Therefore, the present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, has good positional accuracy, does not cause the patterns to fall apart, does not require a skilled technique, and prevents bubble entrapment between the transferred object and the patterns. And the strength of the product design is uniform,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a transfer method in which the design does not drop off after transfer, the number of working steps is small, and the installation of the device is easy.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses a transfer method in which an object to be transferred is mounted on a mounting table having suction holes, and a pattern is formed on one surface of a base sheet. The transfer sheet on which the layer is formed is arranged so that the pattern layer side faces the transfer target, and the transfer sheet is closely fixed around the mounting table, and the air between the transfer target and the transfer sheet is sucked through the suction holes. Depressurize the transfer sheet along the transfer target, then spray the base sheet solvent from the transfer sheet side and press the transfer sheet against the transfer target with both air pressure and hydraulic pressure to transfer the pattern layer of the transfer sheet. After the transfer, the substrate sheet was further sprinkled to dissolve and wash off the base sheet.

The pattern layer 2 is formed on the base sheet 1.
The pattern layer 2 is provided with an appropriate material depending on the type of solvent for dissolving the base sheet 1 used in the subsequent step. Since water is mainly used as the solvent, normally, for the pattern layer 2, a coloring ink composed of an ordinary pigment or dye, a binder, an additive and the like may be used. When a solvent obtained by adding methyl alcohol to water is used, it is preferable to use a colored ink that uses a resin having no polar group as a binder. When a solvent added with an organic solvent such as ethyl acetate is used, it is preferable to use a colored ink that is made of a two-component curable resin or a thermosetting resin as a binder and is insoluble in these solvents.

According to the transfer method of the present invention, the air between the transfer target and the transfer sheet is sucked through the suction holes to reduce the pressure, and the transfer sheet is moved along the transfer target by air pressure. Spray the solvent on the sheet. At this time, since the base sheet is dissolved in the solvent and easily expands and contracts, the transfer sheet adheres to every corner of the transferred object while expanding and contracting by hydraulic pressure. Therefore, the transfer sheet can be transferred to a three-dimensional surface having complicated unevenness that does not extend to every corner only by air pressure.

First Example A transfer sheet 3 in which a pattern layer 2 is formed on a surface of a base sheet 1 made of polyvinyl alcohol by a colored ink made of polyester / urethane resin as a binder.
Is installed so that the pattern layer 2 is located on the transfer target 4 side with respect to the transfer target 4 placed on the mounting table 5 having the suction holes 6, and the transfer target 4 and the transfer sheet 3 are in a hermetically sealed state. The transfer sheet 3 is tightly fixed around the mounting table 5 by the clamp 7 (see FIG. 1). Furthermore, this transferred object 4
The air between the transfer sheet 3 and the transfer sheet 3 is sucked to reduce the pressure, and the transfer sheet 3 is moved along the transfer target 4 by air pressure, and then a solvent obtained by adding isopropyl alcohol to water is sprayed from the transfer sheet 3 side by a shower (Fig. 2). In this way, after depressurizing the air between the transfer sheet 3 and the transfer target 4, the solvent of the base sheet 1 is sprayed, so that the transfer sheet 3 is transferred to the transfer target 4 by both the air pressure and the liquid pressure. Press and pattern 2
Is transferred to the transfer target 4, and after the transfer, the solvent is continuously sprinkled to dissolve and wash the base sheet 1 (see FIG. 3).

Second Example A transfer sheet 3 (see FIG. 6) having a pattern layer 2 formed on one surface of a base sheet 1 and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer 9 made of urethane resin as a binder formed thereon is further formed on the pattern layer 2. It is installed so that the pattern layer 2 is located on the transfer target 4 side with respect to the transfer target 4 placed on the mounting table 5 provided with the suction holes 6, and after preheating the transfer sheet 3 from above with a heater, Is tightly fixed to the mounting table 5 by the clamp 7, and transfer is performed by the transfer method described above (see FIG. 7). By doing so, the adhesive force of the design is improved, and the design is more strongly painted. Further, the preheated transfer sheet 3 becomes more flexible and easily conforms to the shape of the transferred object 4.

According to the transfer method of the present invention, the air between the transfer target and the transfer sheet is decompressed, and the transfer sheet is moved along the transfer target by air pressure. It is possible to transfer according to the pattern formed on the base sheet, and the positional accuracy is good.

Further, since there is no particular need to uniformly dissolve the entire surface of the base sheet, the solvent spraying operation of the base sheet for dissolving the base sheet is extremely simple. Further, the air between the transfer target and the transfer sheet is depressurized, and the transfer sheet is moved along the transfer target by air pressure, so that the registration can be performed relatively easily.

Further, since the air between the transferred material and the transfer sheet is sucked to reduce the pressure, it is possible to prevent bubble entrapment between the transferred material and the pattern. In addition, the air between the transfer target and the transfer sheet is sucked through the suction holes to reduce the pressure, and the transfer sheet is moved along the transfer target by air pressure, and the solvent of the base sheet is sprayed from the transfer sheet side by using a shower or the like. Since the transfer sheet is pressed against the transfer target with both the pressure and the liquid pressure, the air pressure and the liquid pressure are evenly applied to the entire transfer surface, and the strength of the design of the finished product becomes uniform.

Further, since the transfer is carried out in the air, there is no concern that the design will fall off from the product after transfer. In addition, after the transfer sheet is moved along the transfer target by air pressure, the solvent of the base sheet is sprayed from the transfer sheet side, so that the transfer sheet is pressed against the transfer target by both air pressure and liquid pressure. After the transfer and the transfer, the solvent of the base sheet is further sprayed to dissolve and wash the base sheet. Therefore, the transfer operation and the base sheet washing operation can be performed almost simultaneously as one continuous operation, and the number of steps is small.

Further, since no large water tank facility is required, the installation of the device is easy. Also, after the transfer sheet is moved along the transfer target by air pressure, by spraying the solvent of the base sheet from the transfer sheet side, the solvent can be applied to the complicated three-dimensional surface where the transfer sheet is difficult to follow every corner only by air pressure. The base sheet can be melted and spread along every corner.

Further, in order to prevent the patterns from coming apart, it is necessary to sink the transfer target material in good time when the entire surface of the water-soluble substrate sheet is uniformly in a semi-dissolved state. Needed skilled skills.

Depressurize the transfer sheet along the transfer target, then spray the dissolving agent of the base sheet from the transfer sheet side and press the transfer sheet against the transfer target with both air pressure and liquid pressure to transfer the pattern layer of the transfer sheet. After the transfer, the dissolving agent was further sprinkled to dissolve and wash off the base sheet.

The pattern layer 2 is formed on the base sheet 1.
The pattern layer 2 is provided with an appropriate material according to the type of the dissolving agent for dissolving the base sheet 1 used in the subsequent step.
Since water is mainly used as the solubilizer, the pattern layer 2 may be usually formed by using a pigment or dye, a coloring ink containing an adder, an additive and the like. Further, when using a dissolving agent obtained by adding methyl alcohol to water, it is preferable to use a colored ink using a resin having no polar group as a binder. When using a dissolving agent to which an organic solvent such as ethyl acetate is added, it is preferable to use a colored ink that is a two-component curable resin or a thermosetting curable resin and is insoluble in these dissolving agents as a binder. .

According to the transfer method of the present invention, the air between the transfer target and the transfer sheet is sucked through the suction holes to reduce the pressure, and the transfer sheet is moved along the transfer target by air pressure. Spread the sheet lysing agent . At this time, since the base sheet is dissolved by the dissolving agent and easily expands and contracts, the transfer sheet adheres to every corner of the transferred object while expanding and contracting by hydraulic pressure. Therefore, the transfer sheet can be transferred to a three-dimensional surface having complicated unevenness that does not extend to every corner only by air pressure.

Further, since the air between the transferred material and the transfer sheet is sucked to reduce the pressure, it is possible to prevent bubble entrapment between the transferred material and the pattern. Further, by sucking air between the transfer target and the transfer sheet through a suction hole to reduce the pressure, the transfer sheet is moved along the transfer target by air pressure, and the dissolving agent of the base sheet is sprayed from the transfer sheet side by a shower or the like. Since transfer is performed by pressing the transfer sheet against the transfer target with both air pressure and liquid pressure, air pressure and liquid pressure are uniformly applied to the entire transfer surface, and the strength of the design of the finished product becomes uniform.
