理がなされている比較的平坦な形状の芯板の他に、普通
にはベニヤ単板のテンダー処理がなされていない比較的
あばれの激しい形状の裏板や中板の上面に接着剤を塗布
する時は、ベニヤ単板のあばれのため著しい接着剤の塗
布斑を発生する等の難点があったものであり、また5プ
ライ用の製造装置を3プライ用に流用する時は生産性が

た同一製造工程中において所要の3プライ製品と所要の
5プライ製品を任意、高能率に生産することが出来、更
には従来工法による上下両面に同時に接着剤を塗布した
芯板単体の移送を皆無にしてコンベヤによる芯板の移送
を簡略化したものであり、製造工程の合理化による実施
効果は極めて顕著なものである。
