々搬送コンベヤの所定位置に供給する第2の供給装置
と、前記搬出コンベヤの一方の側部に配置した敷板を堆
積の上面から1枚づつ搬出コンベヤの所定位置に予め設
定された時期に供給する敷板供給装置と、前記搬出コン
ベヤの列間に配置して前記搬出コンベヤ上に到来する夫
々の単板を都度直交方向に方向転換する方向転換コンベ
ヤと、該方向転換コンベヤの列間に配置して該方向転換
コンベヤ上を搬送される夫々の単板を下方から支持して
都度積山上に載置する出入りコンベヤとからなるもので
ありクロス単板挿入時は接着剤の塗布された搬送方向に
対して強度のある裏板若しくは表板等の原板または縦芯
単板を押出ノズルの直下に樋を位置させて2度塗り防止
をした後に前記夫々の単板を後退させて更にその上に搬
送方向に対し強度のないクロス単板を載置させて搬送さ
せるようにしたものであるから線条等を配置することな
く単板に対する接着剤の塗布を円滑かつ高能率に行うこ
とが出来ると共に装置が簡略化して搬送時のトラブルが
解消し生産性の低下の防止と接着剤の歩留り低下を併せ
払拭することが出来た、実施効果の極めて顕著なもので
ある。

と、該搬送コンベヤの一方の側部に配置した表板または
裏板等の原板と該搬送コンベヤの他の一方の側部に配置
した縦芯単板を1枚づつ堆積の上面から夫々搬送コンベ
ヤの所定位置に供給する第2の供給装置と、前記搬出コ
ンベヤの一方の側部に配置した敷板を堆積の上面から1
枚づつ搬出コンベヤの所定位置に予め設定された時期に
供給する敷板供給装置と、前記搬出コンベヤの列間に配
置して前記搬出コンベヤ上に到来する夫々の単板を都度
直交方向に方向転換する方向転換コンベヤと、該方向転
換コンベヤの列間に配置して該方向転換コンベヤ上を搬
送される夫々の単板を下方から支持して都度積山上に載
置する出入りコンベヤとからなることを特徴とする単板
