Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an extremely convenient bed for invalid care in which not only an invalid can be washed with hot water instead of bathing even by a weak aged man, but only excrete can be disposed by the invalid itself even when the invalid is paralyzed on one side and can use only the hands. CONSTITUTION:Draining side grooves 15 are provided on both sides of a bed base frame, and a cloth frame 13 is electrically operated to tilt a bed at the time of washing an invalid with water. A sheet 18 has a waterproof belt form, and a water absorptive cloth such as cotton is generally laid thereon. Experiments have proved that, when the invalid is washed with water on the bed, only a part of the water gets into the side grooves 15, most waste water flows to the lower part on the sheet 18, and a bedquilt is never wetted. On the other hand, the belt sheet 18 is rotated to set the wet part to the lower part, it is dried by an infrared lamp situated on the lower part of the bed.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] In Japan, due to the deepening of the aging of the people and the shortage of manpower,
Even though he is an old man, he is in a state where he must take care of the old man. However, as a matter of fact, in the conventional bed, if the sick person's excrement becomes dirty and the sick person's body cannot help being washed, it is difficult for the weak elderly person to treat. First of the present invention
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a bed for nursing care for the sick, in which even a person who is weak when he / she is in a nursing position can easily wash the body of the sick on the bed and treat excrement. The second purpose is to provide an extremely convenient bed for nursing care for the sick person, who can do what he says to the world, such as disposal of excrement, when the old man becomes paralyzed but fortunately can use only his hands. provide. FIG. 1 shows an underframe of the bed, which is in the shape of a box with an open top. 1 is a bottom plate of the underframe, 2 is a side plate having a cutting portion 3, 4 is another side plate, but only one has a cutting portion 5. Reference numeral 6 is a sewage stop plate, which serves to put sewage into the lower left portion of the box-like underframe for a while, and there are two pairs of sewage separators 7 mounted vertically to this portion. Reference numeral 8 is a hose for supplying water for washing, and 9 is a hose for letting out sewage. 10 is an electric heat for drying, for example, an infrared lamp, and 11 is an isolation room, which is used when the sick person himself rinses with water.
The entrance is cut like a simple curtain.
Reference numeral 12 is a supply hose for hot water for water bath attached to the wall of the isolation chamber, but it can be electrically operated if necessary. An imaginary line 13 in FIG. 1 is a futon frame for fixing a futon part or the like, and the futon frame is inserted as shown in the drawing, but details are shown in FIG. A blanket frame 13 in FIG. 2 is made of wood or plastic, has a rectangular shape, and is formed in double on both left and right sides. A pin 14 is provided on the outer side of the double portion, and a measuring groove 15 cut into a shape extending over the entire length of the double portion is provided on the inner side, as shown in the sectional view in the lower part of FIG. The futon frame 13 is fitted into the first frame of the bed as shown in FIG.
4 enters the cutting part 3 of the underframe, and the futon frame is fixed. Third
The figure shows the components fixed to the futon frame 13 and the fixing method. 16 is a futon on which a sick person lies, and 17 is made of a rubber cloth having a high elasticity and airtightness, which is used as an air mat which can be filled with air as shown in the figure. Reference numeral 18 is a belt-like laying cloth made of something like waterproof dust cloth, and 19 is a connecting portion for connecting the belt-like cloth. Reference numeral 20 denotes a roller blanket bar in which a soft cloth having a high heat retaining property is wrapped around a metal bar, which is attached to the substantially center of the frame 13 and can rotate in a roller shape. Reference numeral 21 denotes a metal roller that rotates together with the roller blanket rod 20 and assists the sliding of the belt-like cloth. Reference numeral 22 is a rotary shaft for driving the belt-like cloth, and 23 is a low-speed electric motor directly connected to the rotary shaft, which is fixed to the futon frame 13. 24 is a screw 25
Is fixed to the bedding frame 13 with a low-speed electric motor that rotates the.
The screw 25 is rotated by the power of 24, and the futon frame 13 is tilted as shown in FIG. 1. At this time, 24 enters the cutting portion 5. Returning to the lower part of FIG. 3, reference numeral 26 is a metal fitting for fixing the futon 16 and the air mat 17 to the futon frame.
The belt-shaped bed sheet 18 covers the side groove 15, and includes a futon, a roller-shaped blanket bar 20, a roller 21, a driving rotary shaft 22, and a roller 21.
Then, it is attached around the belt once. Normally the rotary shaft 22
It rotates as shown in FIG. 3, but it can also rotate in the opposite direction in some cases. Normally, this belt-like bed sheet may be left as it is, but depending on the sick person's preference, a cloth having a high hygroscopic property such as cotton may be stuck thereon. Rotation of the belt-like mattress, supply of warm water, and inclination of the futon frame are all performed by electric operation. The positions of the switches, pushbuttons, etc. are not specified because they have little meaning as patent contrasts. However, it should be attached to a place where the sick person can reach and use it. The handling of the bed of the present invention will be described and the effects of the invention will be described. FIG. 4 shows the case of nursing a bedridden patient. First, as described above, the screw 25 shown in FIG. 3 is rotated to tilt the futon frame 13 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4. Remove the air from the air mat 17 and apply the weight of the sick person only to the belt-like cloth as shown in FIG. This way, the sick person can enter the isolation room while lying asleep. After this, the sick person's body is washed,
Most of the water, even if it's on the sick's head,
It flows down through the center of the bedsheet. It is undeniable that some water will flow sideways as shown in Fig. 4, but as shown in the diagram,
Flows through 5 to the bottom. Referring to FIG. 2, it goes down the double portion of the futon frame 13 and enters the portion of the dirty water stop plate 6 shown in FIG. In this way, the sick person can be washed with water without getting the futon wet, but in reality, the purpose can be achieved without the need for the sick person to enter the isolation room. Carrying the sick person into the isolation room makes it easier to replace the belt-like litter, as the litter will weigh less. Reference numeral 27 in FIG. 4 shows a method of performing the discharging operation in the state of lying. Fig. 5 shows how the sick person alone performs all the necessary work such as drying the body wash cloth, but it is better to stand up like 28 when replacing the bed cloth. 4 and 5 both show that the shower can be used with the hose 12. Also, the discharged matter is washed with the water supplied by the hose 8 and discharged to the outside by the hose 9. As is clear from the above explanation, it is clear that even if a sick person with half body paralysis can use only his / her hands, he / she can do what he says to the world. If the bed for nursing care for the sick of the present invention is used, washing the clothes can be done in the isolation room if the sick person is motivated. In places where there are few people, such as agricultural and fishing villages, it is sufficient to do the thing yourself and distribute only the meal. The bed according to the present invention is a very convenient bed for a nurse and a sick person. In the present invention, if a temperature-controlled dry air is blown into the isolation chamber or the electric heating portion in the lower part, a better bed can be obtained. However, I don't mention anything because it is a matter for everyone to think about. Even with such an improvement, it falls within the scope of the present invention.
