The floor surface of the building is unavoidably contaminated with dust, oil, mold, etc.Although polishing and cleaning work are performed to prevent this contamination and maintain the original condition, it still cannot prevent contamination. Finally, the method of regenerating the surface is adopted.

However, since a two-pack type amino alkyd resin paint has been conventionally applied, the coating strength is weak, and it is difficult to make the coating thickness hot. Further, the coating abrasion resistance is low. Even if it is a normal floor surface, the initial state is maintained, because it is not possible to prevent the paint film from being peeled off on the floor surface where something of a considerable weight such as a car moves frequently, and dust is attached to the damaged part to stain it. To do this requires regular cleaning.

Further, the coating film is not easily dried during the re-coating, and there are various restrictions such as a countermeasure against a bad odor generated during the drying and working time.

The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object thereof is to provide a simple repairing method such as shortening the coating work time, that is, the regenerating time, and the need for no odor countermeasures.

本発明の実施例は下記の通りである。Examples of the present invention are as follows.

(8) If the surface material is a metal such as iron or copper, it is oxidized, so degreasing and bleaching with chemicals are performed. If it is extremely rusty, the sanding tool is used to reveal the material, and the material is removed. Applying UV-curable resin coating while making full use of it and curing it.

2-pack type amino alkyd resin paint ・ ・ 2 to 3 hours UV curable resin paint ・ ・ ・ ・ 3 to 5 seconds Furthermore, conventional paint causes organic gas poisoning, organic solvent poisoning, explosion and fire. However, since it is a UV-curable type, it emits very little toxic gas, and it can eliminate the risk of fire and the like, ensuring worker safety and a safe working environment.

(2) Regardless of the base (material) In the past, the base of each paint was limited depending on the performance and properties of the paint, but UV-curable resin paints can be organic, inorganic, or shape-free, from iron to paper. It can be applied to all things, and it cures when exposed to UV light, and does not peel off.
