주차장에 도포된 구도막층의 재생 시공 방법에 있어서,
구도막층 표면에 유분과 오염물질을 중성 용제를 사용하여 제거하고, 구도막층을 건조시키는 이물질 제거 공정과;
구도막층의 건조가 완료되면, 구도막층의 표면에 프리이머의 부착 강도를 증대시키위해 스크래치를 형성해서 단면적을 확대하도록 그라인더 장비를 이용하여 건식 표면 처리해서 스크래치를 형성하되, 분진 흡입기를 그라인더 장비에 부착하여 분진 비산을 방지하는 건식 표면 처리 공정과;
구체 콘크리트에 크랙 발생으로 구도막층의 파손된 부분을 "V" 컷팅해서 크랙 진행을 방지하고, 구체 콘크리트의 표면이 파손된 경우 에폭시계 또는 우레탄계이고, pH값이 7~9의 범위를 갖는 레진 몰탈로 보수한 다음 구도막층의 탈락 부분을 완전 제거하고, 완전 제거 부위, 크랙 부위, 핀홀이 발생된 부위 및 구체 콘크리트의 표면이 파손되어 레진 몰탈이 보수된 부위에 퍼터를 평탄하게 채우는 부분 보수 공정과;
부분 보수가 완료되면, 구도막층 표면에 투명의 에폭시계, 우레탄계, 아크릴계중 선택된 어느 하나인 프라이머를 고임없이 균일하게 도포하고, 함수율 6% 이하가 되도록 6시간 이상 건조시켜 프라이머층을 형성하는 프라이머층 시공 공정; 및
프리이머층의 건조가 완료되면, 프라이머층 표면에 투명 또는 유색의 에폭시계, 세라믹계, 폴리우레아계중 선택된 어느 하나인 신설 도막을 균일하게 도포하여 함수율 6% 이하가 되도록 5일 이상 건조시켜 신설 도막층을 형성하는 신설 도막층 시공 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주차장의 구도막 친환경 재생 시공 방법.
