However, since the mortar lining method requires a long curing time for the mortar, the mortar must be cut off for a long time. For this reason, in the case of the mortar lining method, it is necessary to install a temporary pipe on the road in the construction section, in a gutter, etc. to avoid long-term water interruption. It was a big problem.

After this, the intake 2 on the construction pipeline side is removed, and the water in the pipe 1 is discharged. Then, after passing the rope using a wire passing machine or the like, as shown in FIG. 2, while pulling the scraper 4 and the wire brush with the power winches 5 and 6, while scraping off scales and rust, Pressured water is flown into the pipe 1 to remove and wash. Next, the plunger is pulled by power winches 5 and 6 to discharge water and the like left in the pipe 1.

After cleaning the inside of the pipe 1 in this way, as shown in FIG. 3, the lining machine 7 is set in the pipe 1,
The mortar 9 is sprayed on the inner surface of the pipe 1 while being pulled by a power winch 8 at a constant speed. The mortar 9 sprayed on the inner surface of the tube 1 is finished to have a uniform thickness by a trowel 10 attached to the tip of the lining machine 7 simultaneously with the spraying, and a lining layer having a uniform thickness is formed on the inner surface of the tube 1.

As described above, when the pipe 1 is lined, if the water dip 11 exists in the pipe, the water dip 11 is closed by the mortar 9. Therefore, after the above lining, as shown in FIG.
Air pressure is applied to the inside of the pipe 1 by 12 and the respective water stop plugs 13 are opened in this state, so that the mortar 9 blocking the water dip 11 is removed.

After that, a tube 14 made of a synthetic resin film such as polyethylene is inserted into the tube 1, and hot water 15 at about 70 ° C. is filled in the tube 14 to heat and cure the mortar 9. Tube 1
Insertion of the tube 14 into the inside is performed as follows. As shown in FIG. 5, guide pipes 16 bent upward are attached to both ends of the pipe 1, a mount 17 is assembled above one guide pipe 16, and a collar 18 is installed on this mount 17.
After covering the outer circumference of the collar 18 with the tube 14 and firmly fixing it with a band, the tube 14 is pushed into the collar 18 and inverted. Then, into the tube 14, the hot water wheel 19
When hot water 15 is poured from the tube 1, the tube 14 is gradually inserted into the tube 1 while being inverted by the water pressure. In this way, the tube 14 is inserted to the state shown in FIG.

As described above, according to the present invention, the mortar applied to the inner surface of the conduit is indirectly heated by the high temperature water through the tube of the synthetic resin film, so that the mortar is hardened in a short time. Further, since there is no evaporation of water and the water necessary for the chemical reaction for curing is secured and complete curing is possible, a high quality mortar lining layer can be obtained. Furthermore, when the viscosity of the applied mortar is low and the fluidity is high, the lining layer is pressed from the inside by hot water through the tube, resulting in a dense structure with a uniform thickness and a smooth surface lining. There is also an effect that a layer is obtained.
