Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the time for curing mortar by applying the mortar on the inside surface of a pipe and inserting a tube of a synthetic resin film into the pipe, then packing high-temp. water into the tube and removing the tube after curing the mortar. CONSTITUTION:A lining machine 7 is set in the pipe 1 which is internally cleaned at need. While the machine is pulled at a specified speed by a power winch 8, the mortar 9 contg. a curing accelerator is sprayed and applied at need on the inside surface of the pipe 1 and simultaneously the thickness is uniformized by a trowel 10 mounted at the front end of the lining machine 7 to form the lining layer of the mortar 9 having a uniform thickness on the inside surface of the pipe 1. The tube 14 of the synthetic film is inserted into the pipe 1 and thereafter, the high-temp. water of about 70 deg.C is packed into the tube 14 and the mortar 9 is cured by heating. The tube 14 is removed upon curing of the mortar 9.

However, with the mortar lining method, the mortar takes a long time to harden, so water is cut off for long periods of time. For this reason, in the case of the mortar lining method, it is necessary to install temporary pipes on the road or in the side ditches in the construction section to avoid long-term water outages. It was a big problem.

After cleaning the inside of the pipe 1 in this way, as shown in FIG. 3, the lining machine 7 is set inside the pipe 1,
The mortar S is sprayed onto the inner surface of the tube 1 while being pulled at a constant speed by a power winch 8. The mortar 9 sprayed onto the inner surface of the tube 1 is finished to a uniform thickness by a trowel 10 attached to the tip of the lining machine 7 at the same time as the spraying, thereby forming a lining layer of uniform thickness on the inner surface of the tube 1.

When the inside of the pipe 1 is lined as described above, if the pipe has a water distribution faucet 11, the water distribution faucet 11 is blocked by the mortar 9. For this reason, after the above-mentioned lining, as shown in FIG. 4, after closing both ends of the pipe 1, air pressure is applied inside the pipe 1 by the compressor 12, and in this state, each stop valve 13 is opened. , remove the mortar 9 blocking the water faucet 11.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the mortar applied to the inner surface of the pipe is indirectly heated by high-temperature water through the synthetic resin film tube, so that it hardens in a short time. In addition, since there is no water evaporation and the water necessary for the chemical reaction of hardening is secured, complete curing is possible, so a high quality mortar lining layer can be obtained. Furthermore, if the applied mortar has low viscosity and high fluidity, the lining layer will be pressurized from the inside by high-temperature water through the tube.
It also has the effect of creating a dense structure with a uniform thickness and a smooth lining layer.
