Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the operability. CONSTITUTION:An ink-jet recorder is provided with a head 6 which has two or more nozzles arranged in rows and forms images on a sheet of printing paper 12, a paper feed roller 4 for feeding the printing paper 12 to a printing area where the images are formed y the head 6, a fan for removing warm air from a power source panel 8, and a housing 1 and a shield plate 2 for guiding warm air to onto the surface of the printing paper 12 on which the images are formed.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an ink jet recording apparatus, and more particularly to an ink jet recording apparatus having a structure that accelerates drying of ink after printing.

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a method of drying ink after printing in an ink jet recording apparatus of this type is such that a sheet receiving claw is provided on both sides of a discharge tray to support the sheet in a space until the printing is finished and the printing is finished. And the paper receiving claw structure that uses mechanical movement to drop it on the paper discharge tray and the method that uses printing paper with good water absorption that matches the ink are adopted.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In the conventional method for drying ink after printing in an ink jet recording apparatus, a paper receiving pawl is provided on a paper ejection tray, and a drive transmission mechanism for pawl operation is provided so that the printing paper is ejected. [Claims] 1. An ink ejection unit configured by arranging a plurality of ejection ports to form an image on a recording member, a conveying unit configured to convey the recording member to an image forming area by the ink ejection unit, and a power supply unit. An ink jet recording apparatus comprising: a unit for blowing warm air; and a unit for guiding the warm air so as to blow against the surface of the image-recorded member on which an image is formed.
