Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】医療従事者の注射針による事故を防ぐため，針
の使用後針にあらかじめ通しておいた円筒状のカバーを
人差指で軽く押し出すことによりカバーを針先に固定す
る。安全確実簡便に針にカバーをかぶせることを目的と
した。 【構成】円筒状のカバーとカバーを固定するためのカバ
ーロックから構成され，針先がカバーされると同時にカ
バーがロックされる構造となっている。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【従来の技術】
医療従事者にとって，職務上の事故による発病は極めて深刻で重大な問題であ る。事故のなかでも，注射針を誤って刺してしまう事例が後をたたない。そのほ とんどは患者に使用した後，キャップをかぶせるまでに起こる。またキャップが かぶされないままに破棄された注射針は極めて危険なゴミと化しているのが現状 である。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
針を使用した後，直ちに安全にキャップをかぶせ，医療従事者の職場での危険 を減らすことが急務の課題となっている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
針の使用後，針にあらかじめ通しておいた円筒状のカバーを人差指で軽く押し 出すことにより，カバーを針先に固定する。

【作用】
指先で押し出されたカバーはカバー部分の後方の設けられた２つのカバーロッ クにより固定される。これによって針先が外部と隔離された状態が保たれる。

【実施例】
従来の針と全く同様に使用でき，使用後はワンタッチでカバーをかぶせること ができる。

【考案の効果】
針の使用直後に，注射筒を把持したままで，把持した手の人差指で簡単に針先 をカバーすることが可能となり，針刺し事故は完全に防ぐことが可能である。
