Description
【0001】[0001]
The present invention is an air conditioner equipped with a deodorant / mold prevention device that can be used in almost all ordinary vehicles.
【0002】[0002]
Until now, car air-conditioning systems have left the heat without realizing that the heat of the heater core causes the growth of mold and other bacteria. As a result, the air conditioners of almost all vehicles suffer from musty odors. By the way, for the growth of mold, the optimum moisture and nutrients (such as dust) and a warm temperature of around 25 degrees.

Structurally speaking, a vehicle air conditioner consists of an evaporator for cooling, a heater core for heating, a duct connecting them, and a fan for sending air. Most models have a fan inside the duct, and the air flows from the inlet to the evaporator and then through the heating heater to each outlet. Absent. Therefore, a large amount of dust adheres to the inside of the evaporator. Also, the evaporator has a structure for cooling while dehumidifying. When heating, or when the humidity is high, such as in the case of rain, rotating the fan will cause condensation. Therefore, it is impossible to remove water. During heating, the temperature inside the duct rises due to the heat of the heater core regardless of whether the fan is rotating or stopped. Therefore, during heating, the evaporator is always in the proper temperature range for mold growth. This is the reason why the evaporator becomes a hotbed for mold reproduction. Therefore, it is possible to prevent this by keeping the temperature low, which is one of the factors for the growth of mold and other bacteria. In other words, keeping the temperature inside the evaporator low is a challenge.

The present invention has devised the following method as a measure to prevent the interior of the evaporator of a vehicle air conditioner from being heated during heating. A bypass duct and electromagnetic three-way valve will be installed in the evaporator section. The evaporator is closed by two electromagnetic three-way valves when heating and when the engine is stopped. As a result, the air heated by the heater core does not flow to the evaporator but flows from the heater core toward the bypass duct. Therefore, the heat of the heater core does not heat the evaporator, and the temperature can be kept low. Also, even when hot air is sucked in from the inside or outside of the vehicle by the fan during cooling and dehumidifying and heating, the temperature inside the evaporator is cooled to around 0 degrees, so that mold and other bacteria do not propagate. During cooling and dehumidifying and heating, the bypass duct is sealed by the electromagnetic three-way valve. Then, the wind enters from the suction port, is cooled by the evaporator, and flows through the heater core to each of the discharge ports.

According to the present invention, since the temperature inside the evaporator does not rise, the growth of mold and other bacteria is suppressed, and comfortable air conditioning in the car without mold odor becomes possible.

Embodiments will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference numeral 12 is an evaporator for cooling, 13 is a heater core for heating, and 17 is an air duct connecting them. Reference numeral 5 is a bypass duct, and 1 and 2 are electromagnetic three-way valves. In order to suppress the temperature rise of 12 evaporators, the electromagnetic three-way valves 1 and 2 block 18 air intake ports and 19 air exhaust ports during heating and when the engine is stopped to prevent warm air from entering the 12 evaporators. Because Since the temperature of the evaporator during cooling and dehumidifying and heating drops to around 0 degrees, even if warm air passes through, the heat of the heater core does not affect the growth of mold and other bacteria. Conventional vehicle air-conditioning equipment does not have this bypass duct or electromagnetic three-way valve, and the evaporator is currently warmed during heating and is a hotbed for mold and other bacteria. Nos. 3 and 4 are heat cutoff solenoid valves of reference number (0001) filed on Dec. 8, 1992 for utility model registration. By using this solenoid valve together, it is possible to suppress the generation of mold and other germs in the duct and fan.

Therefore, the heat of the heater core for heating easily causes mold and other bacteria to propagate on the evaporator. A bypass duct and electromagnetic three-way valve are installed in the evaporator part to block the heat of the heater core. When the cooling compressor is not working (including when the engine is stopped), the electromagnetic three-way valve is switched to the bypass duct so that the air heated by the heater core does not flow into the evaporator part. As a result, the evaporator portion is shielded from heat. The fan wind passes through the evaporator only during cooling and dehumidifying and heating. By suppressing the temperature rise of the evaporator, it becomes an air conditioning system that can suppress the growth of mold and other bacteria.
