[Prior art]

Conventional car air-conditioning equipment does not take heat countermeasures without noticing that the heat of the heater core is the cause of the growth of mold and other germs, and the temperature of the evaporator part is high. The reality is that the equipment suffers from musty odors and rotten odors. By the way, for the growth of mold, water and nutrient dust and a warm temperature of around 25 degrees are optimal. In the evaporator part, the temperature of the cooling water is around 80 degrees during engine rotation due to the heat of the heater core all year round regardless of summer and winter, so the temperature rises from 20 to 30 degrees. Even after the engine is stopped, the temperature of 15 to 25 degrees is maintained by convection of air and water for 3 to 6 hours until the hot cooling water cools. The high temperature is the main cause of the growth of mold and other bacteria, and is a structural defect in the current car air-conditioning equipment.

[Issues to be solved by the device]

Structurally speaking, a vehicle air conditioner consists of an evaporator for cooling, a heater core for heating, a duct connecting them, and a fan for sending air. Most models have a fan in the duct, and the air flows from the inlet to the evaporator and then through the heater for heating to each outlet. The car air conditioners currently used are not equipped with air filters to prevent dust. Therefore, the evaporator has a large amount of dust attached between the fins. Also, the evaporator has a structure for cooling while dehumidifying. If the fan is turned when the humidity is high when heating, the evaporator will condense due to the temperature difference. Therefore, it is impossible to remove water. During heating, the temperature inside the duct rises due to the heat of the heater core regardless of whether the fan rotates or stops. For this reason, the evaporator is always set at 15 to 25 degrees, which is the optimum temperature range for the growth of mold and other bacteria. This is the reason why the evaporator becomes a hotbed for the growth of mold and other bacteria. Therefore, it is possible to prevent this by keeping the temperature low, which is one of the factors for the propagation of mold and other bacteria. In other words, keeping the temperature of the evaporator low is a challenge.

[Means for solving the problem]

The present invention has devised the following method as a measure to prevent the evaporator part of the vehicle air conditioning system from being heated. A bypass duct and electromagnetic three-way valve will be installed in the evaporator part. When heating and when the engine is stopped, the evaporator is sealed with two electromagnetic three-way valves. As a result, the air heated by the heater core does not flow to the evaporator but flows from the heater core toward the bypass duct. Therefore, the heat of the heater core does not heat the evaporator, and the temperature can be kept low. In addition, even when hot air is sucked in from the inside or outside of the vehicle by the fan during cooling and dehumidifying and heating, the temperature inside the evaporator cools down to around 2 degrees, so that mold and other bacteria do not propagate. During this cooling and dehumidifying and heating, the bypass duct is closed by the electromagnetic three-way valve. The wind then enters through the inlet, is cooled by the evaporator, and flows through the heater core to each outlet. In addition, when not using the air conditioning system for vehicles, the compressor is always operated economically when the engine is running, the fan is rotated, and a relay that keeps the temperature of the evaporator part below 10 degrees is installed. Then, the evaporator portion is tightly covered with a heat insulating material. If this insulation is performed strictly, the operating time of the compressor will be shortened and the loss of fuel consumption can be kept very low.

[Action]

According to the present invention, since the temperature inside the evaporator does not rise, the growth of mold and other bacteria is suppressed, and comfortable air conditioning in the car without mold odor becomes possible.

Embodiments will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference numeral 12 is an evaporator for cooling, 13 is a heater core for heating, and 17 is an air duct connecting them. Reference numeral 5 is a bypass duct, and 1 and 2 are electromagnetic three-way valves. In order to suppress the temperature rise of the 12 evaporator, the electromagnetic three-way valves 1 and 2 block the 18 air intake ports and 19 air discharge ports during heating and when the engine is stopped, and warm air is allowed to flow to the 12 evaporator parts. To prevent it. 20 and 16 are heat insulating materials for the evaporator portion and the heater core portion. The 21 relay will keep the evaporator section below 10 degrees when the engine is running. When the air conditioning equipment is switched off, the fan is not rotated and only the compressor is operated. To cool only a small space covered by evaporator insulation, the compressor only needs to operate for a short time. Since the temperature of the evaporator during cooling and dehumidifying and heating drops to around 2 degrees, even if warm air is passed through, the heat of the heater core does not affect the growth of mold and other bacteria. Conventional air-conditioning systems for vehicles do not have this bypass duct or electromagnetic three-way valve, and the evaporator is currently warmed during the high temperature of the cooling water and is a hotbed for mold and other bacteria. Reference numerals 3 and 4 are heat shutoff solenoid valves. When the air conditioner switch is off, close this solenoid valve. As a result, the temperature rise inside the duct can be suppressed and the generation of mold and bacteria in the duct and fan can also be suppressed.
