Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in treating manure of pets bred in general households, etc., sand that has been sufficiently dried is used as a handy item, or newspapers and the like that have been cut into small pieces, or dried wood chips ( It was cut into pieces such as sawdust and vegetation and laid on a pet's toilet box or bed. In addition, a so-called "artificial sand" formed by molding plastic into small particles as an artificial litter, or a pulp that is processed to give water absorption and deodorant effects, or one that is cut and processed into fibers that are slag of sugar cane (U.S. Pat. Generally, when the litter of a pet or the like is soiled by the feces and urine of the pet, it is necessary to discard a part or all of the litter and replace it with a new litter.
However, the litter made of the conventional material as described above is not so problematic as to the left in terms of water absorption of pet excrement and the like,
If they were dumped directly into a flush toilet or sewage, it would block drainage pipes and drains, so it had to be strictly avoided. I also heard that some litter can be dumped in the flush toilet even if it is a very small amount, but there was a problem that the same result would be produced if a large amount of this litter was thrown at once.

Therefore, the fact is that pet owners had no choice but to litter the litter with dirt and throw it into food waste, or to throw it away on a nearby road, in a vacant lot, or in sewers.

[0006] However, the dumping of dirty litter with bad odors and many molds often destroys the neighboring living environment in terms of hygiene, which causes so-called "environmental pollution". There was a strong demand for measures.

In the artificial litter having the above-mentioned structure, tapioca particles are sufficiently expanded to form tapioca balls, and the surface area of the artificial bedding is 3 to 50%.
Has a function of maintaining the deodorizing function and an appropriate weight without deteriorating the water absorption of tapioca ball. In addition, in the production method, when tapioca balls were coated with zeolite powder, 90% or more of alcohol was used, and shellac powder was used as an adhesion aid, so that the properties and morphology of tapioca balls with high water absorption were almost eliminated. It has an effect that a fine-grained zeolite which is harmless to humans and animals can be surely attached without being deformed.

About 30 to 70% of the internal volume of the tapioca granules is contained and sealed in a dry heating pressure cooker having an appropriate capacity, and the pressure in the cooker is increased by heating and pressurizing while rotating the cooker.
When the pressure reaches -10 atm, rotation and heating are stopped, and the lid of the closed kettle is opened all at once. Due to the depressurizing action, the internal tapioca grains expand 3-10 times in volume and 3-10 mm.
A spherical tapioca ball of ψ is obtained. If this is converted into volume, 12-18 liters of tapioca balls will be obtained from 1 kg of tapioca grains. In this case, in order to prevent adhesion between the tapioca grains during heating and pressurization, the inside of the pot is kept in a dry state, and further, 3 kg of mildew-shaped zeolite powder per 1 kg of tapioca grains stored in the pot. It is desirable to add 5 g. Further, in producing the tapioca ball in the present invention,
Moisturizes tapioca granules obtained by the method described in the above example.
Type grain blasting machine and pressurize while kneading under high temperature and humidity.
Kneaded tapioca in paste form from the nozzle
If it is squeezed out, it is rapidly depressurized and expands in volume 3 to 10 times.
Therefore, the extruded product in this state can be

The above shellac has been known as a raw material for varnish since ancient times. The raw material for the shellac is to be concealed from the body by the female adult larvae of the lacustrium, which parasitizes legumes or mulberry plants, is secreted from the body before spawning. This is a rod-shaped resin that is crushed, washed with water (adding caustic soda as needed) to remove impurities, and dried, and further pulverized with a stone mill or the like to obtain fine granular silac powder.

The artificial litter of the present invention according to the above-mentioned manufacturing method is
When this is used by laying it on a toilet box such as a pet or a bed to a thickness of 2 to 5 cm, the individual tapioca balls are excellent in hygroscopicity and water absorption, so the water content of excreted pet excrement is high. In addition to being absorbed immediately, the zeolite powder coated on each tapioca ball gives an appropriate weight to the litter and fits well in the pet's toilet box or bed, and due to the deodorizing effect of this zeolite, ammonia in manure is absorbed. It surely absorbs and reduces unpleasant odors such as odors. Moreover, since the zeolite is a relatively small amount and is a fine granular material, the soiled litter after use can be thrown into a flush toilet, sewage or the like as it is, of course, all raw materials constituting the present invention. Is a natural substance, harmless to humans and animals, and safe for pets to put the litter in their mouths. Further, when the tapioca ball is put into water, it emits a squealing sound, absorbs water, changes into a muddy soft substance within several tens of seconds, and flows out together with the water flow. Zeolite powder is also useful for deodorizing sewage, and tapioca components are extremely beneficial from the standpoint of environmental protection as they are digested by bacteria and returned to nature.

Further, since the bedding treated with alcohol has antibacterial properties, it is less likely to cause decay and mold even if it is used as a bedding for pets for a long period of time, and it is possible to keep the toilet box and the bed clean and enhance deodorization. The amount of bedding with additives such as coloring agents, coloring agents and preservatives is very small,
Not only does it absorb moisture as a bedding and absorbs water, but it does not have any negative effect on the water solubility, and the added value of the product is greatly increased compared to what it is not.
