Abstract

PURPOSE:To hold stable fitting force and fallout resistance without any influence of the thickness of an elastomer layer, by providing the elastomer layer in which convex ribs are formed at required intervals circumferentially on one side face of a reinforcing ring made of metal, etc. CONSTITUTION:An elastomer layer 9 in which a radial pattern 9a is formed by protrusive lines, is bonded on one side face of a metal plate 8, they are fixed by presser dies 11, 12, and the elastomer layer 9 and the metal plate 8 are punched at a time with a stamping punch 13. 3に設けた嵌合溝、4はベアリングの内輪である。
