41 is a right side panel (outer plate), which is applied from the right side of the unit 1. The right side panel 41 is formed with an opening 42 for taking out electrical components and a notch 43 for exposing the valve base 20. A packing material (not shown) is attached to the inner peripheral surface 44 of the notch 43 so that the gap between the valve base 20 and the peripheral surface of the notch 43 is sealed with the packing material. The upper edge 45 of the right side panel 41 is the flange piece 4 of the top plate of the front panel 35.
6, the lower edge 47 is screwed to the rising piece 21 of the bottom plate 2, respectively. As shown in FIG. 3, the right side panel 41 is called a damping steel plate in which a film-shaped resin 49 having a thickness of 0.1 mm is sandwiched between two steel plates 48 having a thickness of 0.4 mm to be integrated. It is a molded product.

It can be seen from FIG. 4 that the operating frequency of the compressor is 10
In the case of 0 Hz or less, there is not much difference between the noise value of the heat exchange unit using the damping steel plate and the noise value of the heat exchange unit using the 0.8 mm thick steel plate. However, 100
When the frequency becomes higher than Hz, the noise value of the heat exchange unit using damping steel plate is suppressed by about 1 to 4 dB lower than the noise value of the heat exchange unit using 0.8 mm thick steel plate. It was This is because the rotation speed of the electric motor in the compressor 15 becomes high, and the vibration of the compressor 15 causes the refrigerant pipes 16, 27, 26 to vibrate.
Although the right side surface pulse 41 that is transmitted to the valve base 20 through the valve contacting the valve base 20 oscillates, in the heat exchange unit using the damping steel plate for the right side surface pulse,
It is probable that the noise on the right side panel was kept low.

In addition, the above-mentioned damping steel plate is two steel plates 48 with a thickness of 0.4 mm.
Although a 0.1 mm-thick resin 49 was sandwiched between the two, as another example of the vibration-damping steel plate, a 0.05 mm-thick steel plate having a thickness of 0.4 mm and a steel plate having a thickness of 0.7 mm was used. Use the resin sandwiched, and attach the right side panel to this unit so that the 0.7 mm thick steel plate is on the outside of the heat exchange unit and the 0.4 mm thick steel plate is on the inside of the unit. Is also good. In this way, for example, the right side panel 41 is attached to the edge 21 of the bottom plate 2.
Touch this panel to the panel 4 with tapping screws
When fixing 1 and the bottom plate 2, since the screw bites into the thicker steel plate (thickness 0.7 mm) first, this screw is easily screwed into the panel.

(G) Effect of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the housing is provided with the mounting plate, the refrigerant pipe connected to the compressor is fixed to the mounting plate, and the damping plate is formed of the damping steel plate. Since the outer plate of the housing is applied, even if vibration generated during operation of the compressor is transmitted to this outer plate through the refrigerant pipe and the mounting plate, the noise of this outer plate is suppressed to a low level and the noise of the unit is reduced. It can be kept low.
