Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the reduction of noise generated from a heat exchanging unit, by a method wherein a refrigerant pipeline, connected to a compressor, is fixed to the mounting plate of a casing and the outer sheet of the casing, constituted of vibration-damping steel sheets, is abutted against the mounting plate. CONSTITUTION:A casing 1 is provided with a compressor 15, a refrigerant pipeline, connected to the compressor 15 and equipped with a connector at the tip end thereof, and a mounting plate 20, the which the connector is fixed. The outer sheet 41 of the casing at the side of the mounting plate is constituted of a vibration-damping steel sheet. The vibration-damping steel sheet is made by pinching a filmy resin with the thickness of 0.1mm between two sheets of steel sheets with the thickness of 0.4mm and, thereafter, integrating them. As a result, the noise of the outer sheet may be restricted to low and the noise of the title unit may be restricted to low even when vibration, generated upon operating the compressor, is transmitted to the outer sheet 41 through the refrigerant pipeline and the mounting plate.

Reference numeral 41 denotes a right side panel (outer panel), which is applied from the right side of the unit 1. This right surface measuring panel 41 has an opening 42 for taking out electrical components and a notch 43 for exposing the pulp table 20. A packing material (not shown) is pasted on the inner circumferential surface 44 of this notch 43, so that the space between the pulp table 20 and the periphery of the notch 43 is sealed with the packing material. In addition, the lower edges 47 are screwed to the upright pieces 21 of the bottom plate 2, respectively. As shown in FIG.
It is made by molding what is called a vibration damping steel plate that is integrated by sandwiching the film-like resin 49 of Im. A heat exchange unit that uses a 0°8B thick steel plate for the panel? This shows a comparison of the noise values when operating the heat exchange unit. The measurement locations for this noise value were a point 1rrL in front of the heat exchange unit and a point 1m behind the heat exchange unit.

It can be seen from this figure 4 that the operating frequency of the compressor is 10
In the case of 0FIz or less, there is not much difference between the noise value of a heat exchange unit using a damping steel plate and the noise value of a heat exchange unit using a steel plate with a thickness of 0.8 *m. However, when the temperature exceeds 10011z, the noise value of a heat exchange unit using damping steel plates is approximately 1 to 4 d higher than the noise value of a heat exchange unit using a 0.8n thick steel plate.
B: The noise level was kept low. This is because the rotation speed of the electric motor in the compressor 15 increases, and the vibrations of the compressor 15 are transmitted to the pulp table 20 via the refrigerant pipes 16, 27, and 26, and the right side panel that is in contact with the pulp table 20 41 vibrates, it is thought that this is because the noise of the right side panel is suppressed to a low level in the heat exchange unit that uses a damping steel plate for the right side panel.

The damping steel plate described above is one in which a resin 49 with a thickness of 0.1 m is sandwiched between two steel plates 48 with a thickness of 0.4 ttrm, but other examples of damping steel plates are also available. As for thickness 0.
0.0 mm between the 4 mm steel plate and the 0.7 xx thick steel plate.
05 Kamoh resin is used, and the right side of this unit is placed so that the 0.7mm thick steel plate is on the outside of the heat exchange unit and the 0.4fl thick steel plate is on the inside of the unit. A front panel may also be attached. For example, if you do this,
When fixing this panel 41 and the bottom plate 2 with tapping screws from this panel side by applying them to the edge 21 of the bottom plate 2 on the right side panel 41, the screws should first be attached to the thicker side (thickness 0.7 vg).

(G) Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a mounting plate on the housing, a refrigerant pipe connected to the compressor is fixed to the mounting plate, and a vibration-damping steel plate is attached to the mounting plate. Since the outer panel of the housing is in contact with the outer panel of the compressor, even if the vibrations generated during operation of the compressor are transmitted to this outer panel via the refrigerant piping and the mounting plate, the noise of this outer panel is kept low (reduced) and the unit is noise can be kept low.
