2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to reduce the rolling motion of a ship, a large ship is provided with a U-tube type rocking water tank 20 as shown in FIG. This shaking water tank is a water tank on the left and right
When the waters 1 and 22 move through the communication part 23 due to the rolling motion of the ship, the motion causes a horizontal shift and a time lag, and therefore functions to control the lateral motion.
The more the position moves away from the center of rolling or the center of gravity of the ship in the vertical direction, the greater the effect of reducing vibration. Such an anti-swing water tank is one of the legal equipment for car ferry that sails in coastal areas, and is usually made of steel plate as part of the hull 30 in the section under the deck near the center of the hull or on the deck. Is fixedly installed.

However, there is a drawback in that such an anti-vibration device is required during stormy weather and is not removable even when it is unnecessary during calm weather of the sea. In addition, small vessels are more swaying than waves of medium-sized vessels because of the greater sway, and there is a high need for an agitating water tank. Can only be used on medium-sized ships.
In other words, the gross tonnage, which is a numerical value that represents the size of a ship, is the basis of the ship's facilities, the qualifications of crew and the number of personnel, taxes, etc., but it is generally a problem that cannot be easily removed. Since the internal volume of the structure is the target of the calculation, when installing a damping water tank on the upper deck, the volume will be included in the total tonnage. In addition, when the anti-sway water tank is installed under the deck, there is a problem that the cargo hold volume is reduced by that much and the cargo load is reduced accordingly. Especially, in the case of a ship such as a fishing boat, which has a considerable distance to the fishing ground and must load a large amount of fuel, and on the way back, it cannot be equipped with anything other than fishing gear due to the large amount of fish caught. Despite the high need, it was not possible to equip a shaking tank. In addition, since the shipping fee for transporting the conventional anti-sway water tank is expensive, the shipbuilding manufacturer purchases only the drawings from the anti-sway water tank manufacturer and manufactures each item at the shipyard. Mass production is not possible, leading to an increase in manufacturing costs.

[Operation] The anti-sway water tank, which is made of a flexible material and has a size and shape according to the size of the ship to which it is applied, is used when it is not necessary when the weather is calm or when the ship is sailing. Fold it with no air or water in it and keep it on board for storage. When the weather is bad or the fishery is working, it is installed at a predetermined place of the ship to inject a predetermined amount of water from the liquid injection pipe and inflate and expand by injecting air from the air injection pipe. If you open the air valve, air and water can freely flow between the two tanks, so the water moves between both tanks with a predetermined time lag depending on the shaking of the ship,
This suppresses the rolling of the ship. When the shaking water tank is no longer needed, drain water and air from the drainage pipe and the air vent pipe, fold it back as before, and store it.

In such a structure, when the anti-sway water tank 1 is used, as shown in FIG. 2, the liquid level of the liquid such as water is first about twice as high as that of the liquid duct 4 through the liquid injection pipe 8. After the injection is completed, the valve of the injection pipe 8 is closed. Next, air is injected from the air injection pipe 5 until the shaking water tank 1 forms a desired tank shape. At this time, the air pressure in the shaking water tank 1 is set to be slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure. As a result, the shaking water tank 1 can maintain the tank shape due to its internal pressure. This situation is monitored by the pressure indicator 9.

When the shaking water tank 1 is not in operation, the air duct 1
The valve 11 of 0 is closed, the flow of air in the tanks 2 and 3 connected by the air duct 10 is shut off, and the vacant spaces above the liquid level are independent for each tank 2 and 3. Therefore, in this case, the upper side of each of the tanks 2 and 3 is airtight, and the liquid in the tank cannot move even if the hull 30 sways as shown in FIG.

When the rocking water tank 1 is operated, the valve 11 of the air duct 10 is opened as shown in FIG. In this case, since the air in both tanks 2 and 3 can freely move through the valve 11, the liquid also moves in response to the rolling of the hull, and the rolling of the hull is suppressed by the delay in the movement. You can In this case, almost the same pressure is applied to the entire water tank, so that the water tank is not deformed. Therefore, it is possible to obtain the same vibration damping effect as that of the steel plate damping water tank.
