FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b) are a front view and a side view showing a conventional damping material of this type, and 1 is a damping material made of a high specific gravity rubber member. High specific gravity type rubber members are generally composed of butyl rubber, asbestos, carbon powder, calcium carbonate, petroleum resin adhesive, etc., and they are soft and can be used regardless of the shape of the pipe. Can be fixed.

5 (a), (b) and FIG. 7 show an example of use of a conventional damping material, 5 is a pipe, and 6 is a band for fixing the damping material 1 covering this piping 5. The pipe 5 has a natural frequency, and when it resonates with the vibration transmitted to the pipe 5, it becomes a large vibration and causes damage or deterioration of the pipe. The vibration damping material 1 made of a high specific gravity rubber member is wound around the resonance portion to increase the weight of the pipe 5 and shift the natural frequency to prevent large vibration due to resonance. The damping material 1 is prevented from falling off by fixing with the band 6.

Since the conventional damping material is configured as above, when the damping material is used in a high temperature atmosphere, the high specific gravity type rubber member is directly heated and softened, and vibration is also applied. As shown in FIG. 6, the vibration damping material 1 comes loose from the state shown in FIG. 5, and eventually the damping material 1 falls off. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 8, there is a problem in that the damping material 1 slips off from the state shown in FIG. 7 and the damping action is lost. Furthermore, the conventional damping material has a self-bonding action and a band is wound and fixed, so that the use place is limited.

In the present invention, the adhesive material is wound so as to be attached to the pipe, so that even if the adhesive material is used in a high temperature atmosphere, heat is not transferred to the high specific gravity rubber member by being blocked by the soft foam resin.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First
Figures (a) and (b) are a cutaway plan view and a side sectional view of the damping material according to the present invention, 2 is a high specific gravity rubber member, and 3a and 3b are attached to both surfaces of this high specific gravity rubber member 2. The soft foam resin 4 and 4 are adhesive materials provided on the surface of one soft foam resin 3b.

FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b) are a front view and a side sectional view showing an example of use of the damping material configured as described above. It is wound around the pipe 5 and the damping material 7 is fixed by the band 6. As a result, the heat transmitted from the pipe 5 is blocked by the soft foam resin 3b and is less likely to be transmitted to the high specific gravity rubber member 2. In addition, the high specific gravity type rubber member 2 increases the importance of piping as in the conventional case,
It suppresses large vibration due to resonance. Moreover, even if the surface of the high specific gravity rubber member 2 becomes slightly soft due to heat, the surface of the vibration damping material 7 has elasticity due to the soft foam resin 3a, so that the band 6 can easily bind the vibration damping material 7. There is.

3 (a) and 3 (b) are a cutaway front view and a side sectional view showing another example of the use of the damping material. In this case, the damping material 7 is attached to the panel 8 with the adhesive material 4 and Vibration is suppressed. At this time, the soft foamed resin 3a makes it difficult for heat to be transferred to the high specific gravity rubber member 2 even in a high temperature atmosphere, and will not fall off even if the rubber member 2 becomes slightly soft due to heat. On the other hand, the other soft foam resin 3b makes it difficult for the heat from the panel 8 to be transmitted.

As described above, according to the present invention, by attaching the soft foam resin to both surfaces of the high specific gravity type rubber member and providing the adhesive material on one of the soft foam resin surfaces, even when used in a high temperature atmosphere. It is possible to prevent the damping material from slipping off or coming off, and to prevent damage or deterioration of the device due to vibration without losing the damping effect of the damping member.
