Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 1.鱗翅類昆虫の害虫を、B.t.PS43F、B.t.PS50C及びB.t .PS86A1及びそれらの変異体(variant)か、らなる群から選択さ れる、バシルスチューリンゲンシス(Bacillusthuringiens is)単離体の昆虫抑制有効量と接触することからなる、鱗翅類昆虫の害虫を抑 制する方法。
- 2.バシルスチューリンゲンシスがB.t.PS43Fである請求項1に記載の 方法。
- 3.バシルスチューリンゲンシスがB.t.PS50Cである請求項1に記載の 方法。
- 4.バシルスチューリンゲンシスがB.t.PS86A1である請求項1に記載 の方法。
- 5.該昆虫の害虫がダイヤモンドバックモス(ブルテラ クシロステラPlut ella xylostlla)である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 6.バシルスチューリンゲンシスを含む殺虫組成物を植物または土壌に適用する ことを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 7.殺虫組成物が液体である請求項6に記載の方法。
- 8.殺虫組成物が顆粒形である請求項6に記載の方法。
- 9.殺虫組成物がとうもろこし又は大豆の種が植えられる時に適用される請求項 6に記載の方法。
- 10.該バシルスチューリンゲンシスが標的害虫の環境に於ける殺虫活性を長期 化するために処理されている請求項1に記載の方法。
- 11.B.t.PS43F、B.t.PS50C及びB.t.PS86A1及び それらのバリアントからなる群から選択されるバシルスチューリンゲンシス単離 体から得ることができ、鱗翅類害虫に対し活性の毒素をコードしている遺伝子に よって形質転換された植物に、鱗翅類害虫を暴露することを含心、鱗翅類害虫を 防除する方法。
- 12.該遺伝子がSEQ ID No.1のDNA又は鱗翅類活性毒素をコード するその一部である請求項11に記載の方法。
- 13.該遺伝子かSEQ ID No.3のDNA又は鱗翅類活性毒素をコード するその一部を含んでいる請求項11に記載の方法。
- 14.該遺伝子がSEQ ID No.5のDNA又は鱗翅類活性毒素をコード するその一部を含んでいる請求項11に記載の方法。
- 15.B.t.PS43F、B.t.PS50C及びB.t.PS86A1及び それらの変異体(variant)からなる群から選択されるバシルスチューリ ンゲンシス単離体から得ることができ、鱗翅類害虫に対し活性の毒素をコードし ている遺伝子によって形質転換された微生物な、鱗翅類害虫又はその害虫の環境 に対し投与することを含む、鱗翅類害虫の防除方法。
- 16.該遺伝子がSEQ ID No.1のDNA又は鱗翅類活性毒素をコード するその一部である請求項15に記載の方法。
- 17.該遺伝子がSEQ ID No.3のDNA又は鱗翅類活性毒素をコード するその一部である請求項15に記載の方法。
- 18.該遺伝子がSEQ ID No.5のDNA又は鱗翅類活性毒素をコード するその一部である請求項15に記載の方法。
- 19.微生物がシュードモナス(Pseudomomonas)である請求項1 5に記載の方法。
- 20.形質転換された微生物が標的害虫の環境に於ける殺虫活性を長期化させる ために処理されている請求項15に記載の方法。
