Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案はデザインタイルを割れて飛び散らなくするた
めの考案である。
従来のデザインタイルは温みのある材質及び親近感ある
デザインが特長であったが、陶器であるために割れて飛
び散ることが懸念されていた。又装飾に使用される場合
は壁などに接着されることがおもであり使用される範囲
が限定されていた。
本案は従来の欠点を除くために考案されたものでありこ
れを図面いよって説明すれば、 イ．デザインタイル（１），（１）を背中合わせに設置
する。
ロ．２枚組のデザインタイル（１），（１）の中央
（２）にデザインタイルより小さい鉄板を入れ接着剤で
はり合せる。
ハ．２枚組のデザインタイルとデザインタイルより小さ
い鉄板の外回りのすきま（３）に樹脂を注入する。
本案は以上のような構造であるから、これを使用すると
デザインタイル（１），（１）の間が鉄板であるため、
強度の刺激においてもデザインタイル自体に塑性変形が
おこることなく割れにくい。又鉄板とデザインタイルの
間は接着剤ではり合わせてあるので、まんがいちデザイ
ンタイルが割れた場合においても破片が飛び散ることは
ない。
そのうえ従来は壁に接着されることでデザインタイルが
割れて飛び散ることを防止していたが鉄板をデザインタ
イルの間に接着させることにより壁のない場所において
も装飾の１ポイントとして使用できる。

  1. 【請求項１】イ．デザインタイル（１），（１）を背中
    合わせに設置する。 ロ．２枚組のデザインタイル（１），（１）の中央
    （２）にデザインタイルより小さい鉄板を入れ接着剤で
    はり合せる。 ハ．２枚組のデザインタイルとデザインタイルより小さ
    い鉄板の外回りのすきま（３）に樹脂を注入する。 以上の如く構成された割れにくく、飛び散らないデザイ
    ンタイル。
