Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- (1)基板;該基板の一方の面に配置され、少なくとも2つの抵抗性要素と一対 の電気接点を有し、抵抗性要素と接点対が並列に接続された電気回路;抵抗性要 素の少なくとも2つと熱接触するる熱変色性材料、から構成されるDC電圧テス ター。
- (2)熱変色性材料は、熱変色性インクである請求の範囲第1項に記載の電圧テ スター。
- (3)3つの抵抗性要素を有し、各々が、熱変色性材料と熱接触している請求の 範囲第1項に記載の電圧テスター。
- (4)各々の抵抗性要素は、熱接触する熱変色性材料が同一であり、予め決めら れた抵抗が異なっている請求の範囲第1項に記載の電圧テスター。
- (5)少なくとも2つの抵抗性要素は、予め決められた抵抗は略同じであり、熱 接触する熱変色性材料は異なっている請求の範囲第1項に記載の電圧テスター。
- (6)3つの抵抗性要素は、各々が熱変色性材料と熱接触し、熱変色性材料に熱 接触しない第4の抵抗性要素をさらに備えている請求の範囲第1項に記載の電圧 テスター。
- (7)9ボルト電池をテストするために使用され、熱変色性材料の反応温度Tr は室温よりも高く、電気回路は第1、第2及び第3の抵抗性要素を有し、電気接 点に加えられる電圧が約5ボルト以下のとき、第1の要素だけがTr以上の温度 まで加熱され、電気接点に加えられる電圧が約5ボルドと8ボルトの間のとき、 第1及び第2の要素だけがTr以上の温度まで加熱され、電気接点に加えられる 電圧が約8ボルト以上のとき、第1、第2及び第3の要素がTr以上の温度まで 加熱される請求の範囲第1項に記載の電圧テスター。
- (8)抵抗性要素は、各々が、矩形の抵抗性材料からなり、矩形基板の長辺と平 行な列に並べて配置しており、電気的回路は、全抵抗が約50〜70オームであ る請求の範囲第1項に記載の電圧テスター。
- (9)一対の導電性母線をさらに備えており、一方の母線は各々の抵抗性要素の 一方の縁部に沿って接続され、他方の母線は各々の抵抗性要素の対向する他方の 縁部に沿って接続されており、各母線の端部は電気接点として機能する請求の範 囲第1項に記載の電圧テスター。
- (10)基板;該基板の一方の面に配置され、少なくとも3つの抵抗性要素と、 電池の両端子を結ぶ線上に位置決め可能な一対の電気接点と、抵抗性要素及び接 点対を並列に接続するための電気接続手段を備える電気回路基板の他方の面にて 、抵抗性要素と対応する位置に配置された電圧スケール;電圧スケールと同じ側 の基板上に配置し、抵抗性要素の少なくとも3個と熱接触する熱変色性材料、か ら構成される電池テスター。
- (11)抵抗性要素は、各々が、矩形の抵抗性材料からなり、基板の長辺と平行 な列に並べて配置される請求の範囲第10項に記載の電池テスター。
- (12)第1の抵抗性要素の抵抗は第2の要素の抵抗よりも小さく、第2の要素 の抵抗は第3の要素の抵抗よりも小さく、第2の要素は、第1の要素と第3の要 素の間に配置され、一列に並べられている請求の範囲第11項に記載の電池テス ター。
- (13)電圧スケール手段は、矩形パターンであって、3つの窓を有しており、 1つの窓が1つの抵抗性要素の中心部に位置している請求の範囲第12項に記載 の電池テスター。
- (14)熱変色性材料は、反応温度Trが室温よりも高い熱変色性インクであっ て、該インクはTrより下では不透明であり、Trより上では透明に変化する性 質を有し、インクは、電圧スケールの各々の窓の上に層状に施される請求の範囲 第13項に記載の電池テスター。
- (15)電気接点に加えられる電圧が約5ボルト以下のとき、第1の窓が現われ 、電気接点に加えられる電圧が約5ボルトと8ボルトの間のとき、第1の窓と第 2の窓が現われ、電気接点に加えられる電圧が約8ボルト以上のとき、3つの全 ての窓が現われる請求の範囲第13項に記載の電池テスター。
- (16)第1、第2、第3及び第4の抵抗性要素を有しており、第1、第2及び 第3の要素は熱変色性材料と熱接触し、第4の要素は熱変色性材料と熱接触して いない請求の範囲第11項に記載の電池テスター。
- (17)電気的接続手段は、一対の金属製母線を有しており、一方の母線は、抵 抗性要素の列を横切り、各抵抗性要素の最も外側の縁部に沿って接続されており 、他方の母線は、抵抗性要素の列を横切り、各抵抗性要素の反対側の最も外側の 縁部に沿って接続されている請求の範囲第16項に記載の電池テスター。
- (18)各母線のうち第4の抵抗性要素に繋がれた部分は電気接触パッドとして の役割を果たす請求の範囲第17項に記載の電池テスター。
- (19)要素は、第1の要素が第4の要素と第2の要素との間に配置され、第2 の要素が第1の要素と第3の要素の間に配置され、一列に並べられており、第1 の要素の抵抗は第2の要素の抵抗よりも小さく、第2の要素の抵抗は第3の要素 の抵抗よりも小さくしており、並列接続された第1、第2及び第3の要素の全抵 抗は60オームより大きく、第4の抵抗性要素は、並列接続された4つの全ての 要素の全抵抗を約60オームよりも小さな値まで低下させるのに十分な抵抗を有 している請求の範囲第18項に記載の電池テスター。
- (20)抵抗性材料は、エポキシ又はウレタンベースのカーボン、銀、ニッケル 及びその混合物からなる群から選択される請求の範囲第19項に記載の電池テス ター。
