Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 1.複合構造を作製する方法において、金型空洞内の配置のために、中空コア部 分を有し、金型の空洞よりも小形の外部構成を有するプリフォームを提供するこ とと、完成部品の構成に適切な内部構成を有する該空洞を該プリフォームを導入 することと、 該プリフォームのコアヘの一つ以上の開口を一つ以上のプラグで栓をし、これら の開口からのポリマー流を防止することと、プリフォームのコアにポリマーを導 入することと、コアにおけるポリマーを溶解させるために、コアにおけるポリマ ーとともにプリフォームを加熱することと、 金型空洞の内部構成に対してプリフォームを膨張させ、完成部品を形成するため にプリフォームを強化するように、プリフォームのコアヘの一つ以上の残りの栓 のない開口を介して、プリフォームのコアにおけるポリマーを加圧することと、 コアにおける圧力を維持しながら、完成部品を冷却することと、 金型から完成部品を除去することとを含む方法。
- 2.完成部品における空隙の存在を実質的に除去するために十分な期間、部品を 加熱し、コアを加圧することをさらに含む請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 3.金型が、加圧前のプリフォームのコア内のポリマーを超えるポリマーを含む ように適合され、そしてさらに、コアを加圧しながら、コアにポリマーを押し入 れるように適合されたポリマー貯蔵器を含む請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 4.金型が、プリフォームのコアにポリマーを充填し、そしてまた、コアを加圧 するスクリュー射出成形機に取り付けられる請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 5.プラグが、栓付き開口からのポリマー流を防止するために固定される請求の 範囲1に記載の方法。
- 6.プラグが可動であり、栓付き開口を通したポリマー漏れを防ぐためにバネ又 は他のアクチュエータを用いて負荷を課する請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 7.コアヘの一つ以上の開口が、プラグヘのねじ付き形状と栓付き開口の組み込 みによって金型に対して密封される請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 8.栓付き開口が抽気口を含む請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 9.一つ以上のプラグが、完成部品が中空コアを有する如く、金型空洞の長さに わたって除去可能なマンドレルを取り付けている請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 10.複合構造を作製する方法において、金型空洞内の配置のために、中空コア 部分を有し金型の空洞よりも小形の外部構成を有する、熱可塑性マトリックス、 繊維強化プリフォームを提供することと、 完成部品の構成に適切な内部構成を有する該空洞に該プリフォームを導入するこ とと、 該プリフォームのコアへの一つ以上の開口を一つ以上のプラグで栓をし、これら の開口からのポリマー流を防止することと、プリフォームにポリマーを導入する ことと、コアにおけるポリマーを溶解させるために、コアにおけるポリマーとと もにプリフォームを加熱することと、 金型空洞の内部構成に対してプリフォームを膨張させ、完成部品を形成するため にプリフォームを強化するように、プリフォームのコアヘの一つ以上の残りの栓 のない開口を介して、プリフォームのコアにおけるポリマーを加圧することと、 コアにおける圧力を維持しながら、完成部品を冷却することと、 金型から完成部品を除去することとを含む方法。
- 11.繊維が、炭素、黒鉛、ガラスとアラミド繊維から成るグループから選択さ れる請求の範囲10に記載の方法。
- 12.熱可塑性マトリックスが、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリスルホン、ポ リエーテル−エーテル−ケトン、ポリエーテル−ケトン−ケトン、ポリイミド、 テトラフルオロエチレンとペルフルオロビニルエーテルのコポリマー、ポリテト ラフルオロエチレンとエチレンのコポリマーから成るグループから選択される請 求の範囲10に記載の方法。
- 13.コアに導入されたポリマーが、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリスルホン 、ポリエーテル−エーテル−ケトン、ポリエーテル−ケトン−ケトン、ポリイミ ド、テトラフルオロエチレンとペルフルオロビニルエーテルのコポリマー、ポリ テトラフルオロエチレンとエチレンのコポリマーから成るグループから選択され る請求の範囲10に記載の方法。
- 14.プリフォームが、線巻きによって作製される請求の範囲10に記載の方法 。
- 15.プリフォームが、編組によって作製される請求の範囲10に記載の方法。
- 16.プリフォームが、ロボットフィラメント配置によって作製される請求の範 囲10に記載の方法。
- 17.完成部品が、整形外科インプラントのために使用される請求の範囲10に 記載の方法。
- 18.方法によって準備された整形外科用装置において、金型空洞内の配置のた めに、中空コア部分を有し金型の空洞よりも小形の外部構成を有する、熱可塑性 マトリックス、繊維強化プリフォームを提供することと、 完成部品の構成に適切な内部構成を有する該空洞に該プリフォームを導入するこ とと、 該プリフォームのコアヘの一つ以上の開口を一つ以上のプラグで栓をし、これら の開口からのポリマー流を防止することと、プリフォームのコアにポリマーを導 入することと、コアにおけるポリマーを溶解させるために、コアにおけるポリマ ーとともにプリフォームを加熱することと、 金型空洞の内部構成に対してプリフォームを膨張させ、完成部品を形成するため にプリフォームを強化するように、プリフォームのコアヘの一つ以上の残りの栓 のない開口を介して、プリフォームのコアにおけるポリマーを加圧することと、 コアにおける圧力を維持しながら、完成部品を冷却することと、 金型から完成部品を除去することとを含む整形外科用装置。
- 19.完成部品がサーモウェルとして使用される請求の範囲10に記載の方法。
- 20.方法によって準備された複合サーモウェルにおいて、金型空洞内の配置の ために、中空コア部分を有し金型の空洞よりも小形の外部構成を有する、熱可塑 性マトリックス、繊維強化プリフォームを設けることと、 完成部品の構成に適切な内部構成を有する該空洞に該プリフォームを導入するこ とと、 該プリフォームのコアヘの一つの開口を栓をし、この開口からのポリマー流を防 止することと、 プリフォームのコアにポリマーを導入することと、コアにおけるポリマーを溶解 させるために、コアにおけるポリマーとともにプリフォームを加熱することと、 金型空洞の内部構成に対してプリフォームを膨張させ、完成部品を形成するため にプリフォームを強化するように、プリフォームのコアヘの残りの栓のない開口 を介して、プリフォームのコアにおけるポリマーを加圧することと、 コアにおける圧力を維持しながら、完成部品を冷却することと、金型から完成部 品を除去することとを含む複合サーモウェル。
- 21.熱可塑性マトリックスがフルオロポリマーである請求の範囲19に記載の サーモウェル。
- 22.フルオロポリマーが、ペルフルオロビニルエーテルとテトラフルオロエチ レンのコポリマー、エチレンとポリテトラフルオロエチレンとコポリマーから成 るグループから選択される請求の範囲21に記載のサーモウェル。
