Claims (13)
- 1.一般式IおよびII: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼Iおよび(または)▲数式、化学式、表等が あります▼II(式中Rは酸素または硫黄を表す) で示される化合物の製造方法であって、一般式III ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼III(式中R1=COCH2であり、そし てR2は酸素または硫黄を表す) で示されエポキシケトン化合物またはそのチオ類縁化合物の分子内環化またはケ タール化を、酸により、または好ましくは減圧の下に、加熱処理により、活性化 された固形触媒によって、あるいはBF3を除く、ルイス酸触媒またはその錯体 によって、有機溶媒の存在または不存在の下に、室温または高められた温度にお いて、行うことからなる製造方法。
- 2.上記固形触媒が、微孔質固体、たとえばシート、またはテクトシリケート、 またはフィロシリケート、たとえばクレイ、バーミキュライト、モントモリロラ イト、HYゼオライト、シリカライト、シリカ、アルミナ、あるいは別種の相当 する結晶学的特徴を有する他の微孔質固体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3.ルイス酸が塩化アエンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 4.好適固形触媒が、酸化マグネシウム含有量が多いもの、たとえばバーミキュ ライトであり、そして溶媒がn−ヘキサンてあり、IIを実質的に定量的に生成 させる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 5.上記固形触媒を、減圧の下に、約100−約250℃において、加熱活性化 する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 6.上記固形触媒またはルイス酸触媒を、有機溶媒中て、室温において反応させ て、IIを定量的に生成させる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 7.上記固形触媒を、溶媒の不存在の下に、約100−約200℃において、反 応させて、Iを定量的に生成させる、請求項1および請求項2に記載の方法。
- 8.上記固形触媒を、酸によって活性化し、そして有機溶媒中で、好ましくは還 流温度において、反応させて、IIに富む(たとえば>60%)混合物を生成さ せる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 9.上記化合物IIIを、緩衝された媒質中で、過酸、好ましくはm−クロロ過 安息香酸を使用して、化合物:▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼V (式中、R=COCH3) のエポキシ化によって、製造する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 10.好適緩衝剤が、重炭酸ナトリウムである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 11.一般式IV: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼IV(式中、Rは、アリル性末端アルコール またはアルキルニステル化されていてもよいビニル酸残基である)で示されるラ ブダン ジテルペン化合物から、相転移触媒を使用し、そしてpH制御の下に、 過マンガン酸塩による酸化によって、Vを得る、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 12.IVが、アンチコパル酸、コパル酸またはそれらのエステルの1種てある 、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 13.上記エステルが、メチル エステルてある、請求項12に記載の方法。
