Claims (44)
- 1.個体の免疫化に関する免疫原性組成であって、生理的に許容され得る賦形剤 において、cya遺伝子における突然変異よりなるチフス菌(S.タイフィ)の 無毒性派生物よりなる免疫原性組成。
- 2.特許請求の範囲第1項記載の免疫原性組成てあって、該無毒性派生物は、該 個体に対して病原性の因子から派生された組み換え遺伝子を、該脊椎動物におい て該病原に対する免疫応答を誘発することがてきる抗原を生産するために、イク スプレッシングすることができる免疫原性組成。
- 3.特許請求の範囲第1項記載のワクチンを該個体に投与することよりなり、S .タイフィの免疫原性抗原に応答するために免疫系を刺激する方法。
- 4.特許請求の範囲第2項記載のワクチンを該個体に投与することよりなり、病 原の免疫原性抗原に応答するために免疫系を刺激する方法。
- 5.cya遺伝子における突然変異よりなる分離された無毒性S.タイフィ菌株 。
- 6.特許請求の範囲第5項に記載のS.タイフィの分離された無毒性菌株てあっ て、該個体に対して病原性の因子から派生された組み換え遺伝子を、該脊椎動物 において該病原に対する免疫応答を誘発することができる抗原を生産するために 、イクスブレッシンクすることができるS.タイフィの分離された無毒性菌株。
- 7.特許請求の範囲第6項記載の菌株であって、該S.タイフィは、平衡致死宿 主ベクター系を構成するために致死突然変異を補足するベクター遺伝子によって 平衡され、致死である染色体突然変異を含む菌株。
- 8.特許請求の範囲第7項記載の菌株であって、該菌株の細胞は; a)ベーターアスパーテートセミアルデヒドデヒドロゲナーゼ(beta−as partate semialdehyde dehydrogenase)( asd)を符号化する機能する自生染色体遺伝子を欠き; b)染色体asd突然変異を補足するが組み換えによる欠損染色体遺伝子の置換 えをなし得ない機能的Asdポリペプチドを符号化する組み換え遺伝子を現に有 し; c)機能的Asdポリペプチドを符号化する組み換え遺伝子及び免疫原性抗原の 間の物理的連鎖を有し、機能的Asdポリペプチドを符号化する組み換え遺伝子 の損失が機能的Asdの欠乏がその細胞を溶解させる環境にその細胞があるとき にその細胞を溶解させる、菌株。
- 9.crp遺伝子における突然変異よりなるS.タイフィの無毒性派生物よりな る個体を免疫化する免疫原性組成。
- 10.特許請求の範囲第9項記載の個体を免疫化する免疫原性組成であって、該 無毒性派生物は、該個体に対して病原性の因子から派生された組み換え遺伝子を 、該脊椎動物において該病原に対する免疫応答を誘発することができる抗原を生 産するために、イクスプレッシングすることができる免疫原性組成。
- 11.特許請求の範囲第9項記載の免疫原性組成を該個体に投与することよりな り、S.タイフィの免疫原性抗原に応答するために免疫系を刺激する方法。
- 12.特許請求の範囲第10項記載の免疫原性組成を該個体に投与することより なり、病原の免疫原性抗原に応答するために免疫系を刺激する方法。
- 13.crp遺伝子における突然変異よりなるS.タイフィの分離された無毒性 菌株。
- 14.特許請求の範囲第13項に記載のS.タイフィの分離された無毒性菌株で あって、該個体に対して病原性の因子から派生された組み換え遺伝子を、該脊椎 動物において該病原に対する免疫応答を誘発することができる抗原を生産するた めに、イクスプレッシンクすることがてきるS.タイフィの分離された無毒性菌 株。
- 15.特許請求の範囲第14項記載の菌株てあって、該S.タイフィは、平衡致 死宿主ベクター系を構成するために致死突然変異を補足するベクター遺伝子によ って平衡され、致死である染色体突然変異を含む菌株。

- 17.S.タイフィの無毒性派生物よりなる個体を免疫化する免疫原性組成であ って、該派生物はCya遺伝子における突然変異及びcrp遺伝子における突然 変異よりなる免疫原性組成。
- 18.特許請求の範囲第17項記載の免疫原性組成であって、該無毒性派生物は 、該個体に対して病原性の因子から派生された組み換え遺伝子を、該脊椎動物に おいて該病原に対する免疫応答を誘発することができる抗原を生産するために、 イクスプレッシングすることができる免疫原性組成。
- 19.特許請求の範囲第17項記載の免疫原性組成を該個体に投与することより なり、S.タイフィの免疫原性抗原に応答するために免疫系を刺激する方法。
- 20.特許請求の範囲第18項記載の免疫原性組成を該個体に投与することより なり、病原の免疫原性抗原に応答するために免疫系を刺激する方法。
- 21.cya遺伝子及びcrp遺伝子における突然変異よりなるS.タイフィの 分離された無毒性菌株。
- 22.特許請求の範囲第21項に記載のS.タイフィの分離された無毒性菌株て あって、該個体に対して病原性の因子から派生された組み換え遺伝子を、該脊椎 動物において該病原に対する免疫応答を誘発することができる抗原を生産するた めに、イクスプレッシングすることがてきるS.タイフィの分離された蕪毒性菌 株。
- 23.特許請求の範囲第22項記載の菌株であって、該S.タイフィは、平衡致 死宿主ベクター系を構成するために致死突然変異を補足するベクター遺伝子によ って平衡され、致死である染色体突然変異を含む菌株。

- 29.cdt遺伝子における突然変異よりなるサルモネラの分離された無毒性菌 株。
- 30.特許請求の範囲第29項に記載のサルモネラの分離された無毒性菌株であ って、該個体に対して病原性の因子から派生された組み換え遺伝子を、該脊椎動 物において該病原に対する免疫応答を誘発することができる抗原を生産するため に、イクスプレッシングすることができるサルモネラの分離された無毒性菌株。
- 31.特許請求の範囲第30項記載の菌株であって、該サルモネラは、平衡致死 宿主ベクター系を構成するために致死突然変異を補足するベクター遺伝子によっ て平衡され、致死である染色体突然変異よりなる菌株。

- 36.特許請求の範囲第29項記載のサルモネラの分離された無毒性菌株てあっ て、cya及びcrp遺伝子から選択された遺伝子における突然変異よりなるサ ルモネラの分離された無毒性菌株。
- 37.特許請求の範囲第29項記載のサルモネラの分離された無毒性菌株であっ て、cya及びcrp遺伝子における突然変異よりなるサルモネラの分離された 無毒性菌株。
- 38.特許請求の範囲第37項記載の菌株及び製薬的に許容され得る賦形剤より なる免疫原性組成。
- 39.x3958,x4323,x3926,x3927,x4297,x43 46,x3940、x4073,x4417,x4435,及びその派生物菌株 のグループから選択された分離された菌株。
- 40.cya遺伝子における突然変異よりなる無毒性S.タイフィの菌株を利用 する方法であって、生理的に許容し得る賦形剤における該菌株の懸濁によって免 疫原性組成を調整することよりなる方法。
- 41.crp遺伝子における突然変異よりなる無毒性S.タイフィの菌株を利用 する方法であって、生理的に許容し得る賦形剤における該菌株の懸濁によって免 疫原性組成を調整することよりなる方法。
- 42.cdt遺伝子における突然変異よりなる無毒性サルモネラの菌株を利用す る方法であって、生理的に許容し得る賦形剤における該菌株の懸濁によって免疫 原性組成を調整することよりなる方法。
- 43.特許請求の範囲第41項記載の方法であって、該菌株は更にCya遺伝子 における突然変異よりなる方法。
- 44.特許請求の範囲第43項記載の方法であって、該菌株は更にcdt遺伝子 における突然変異よりなる方法。 45cdt突然変異株てあるS.タイフィの分離された菌株。
