枠27との間の空間に挟んだものに過ぎないから、該水
密材28が経年変化又は劣化により弾性能力を減退した
場合や施工不良によるシールの不完全などによって雨水
が外枠26と内枠27との間から流入すると室内に浸入
する等、水密性や防水性に欠点があった。

納置して表材の裏枠に対して圧接する第一水密材と、エ
ッジ材の矩形枠と表材の内面との間に介装する第二水密
材とから成る壁面パネルを提供しようとするものであ
る。

で特別の排水構造物を必要としないため構造の複雑化が
避けられるなどの優れた実用的価値を有するものであ
る。
