[Prior Art] Conventionally, this type of watertight device includes a tight material that contacts the lower frame of the door on both the indoor and outdoor sides of the lower end of the door body, and a water return projecting upward on the indoor side of the lower frame of the door. Some have walls.
The tight material and the water return wall prevent rainwater from entering from the outdoor side to the indoor side.

[Problems to be solved] However, even if the tight material is brought into contact with the door bottom frame, there is a small gap between the door bottom frame and the tight material, so rainwater may enter the indoor side through this gap. There are things to do.

In addition, the water return wall provided on the indoor side could not be made very high because it required the door to be able to rotate toward the indoor side. For this reason, as mentioned above, when rainwater infiltrates between the door bottom frame and the tight material, it easily crosses the water return wall and enters the indoor side, and the conventional structure described above does not have sufficient watertight performance. There was a problem with this.

[Means for solving the problem] Therefore, in the present invention, in a watertight device for a door bottom frame of a door that can be rotated indoors and outdoors, the bottom end of the door body is placed in contact with the door bottom frame on the indoor side and the outdoor side, A tight material is provided to double seal between the door body and the door bottom frame both indoors and outdoors, and the outdoor tight material is in contact with the outdoor side of the door bottom frame, and the indoor side of the door bottom frame is sealed. A concave tight material receiving part is formed in the tight material receiving part, and the indoor tight material is inserted into the tight material receiving part and comes into contact with the side wall surface, and the door lower frame is made hollow, and the tight material receiving part is formed into a hollow shape. The purpose of this invention is to achieve the above object by adopting a structure in which a drainage hole communicating with the inside of the hollow part is provided at the bottom of the hollow part.

Further, inside the upper chamber of the lower frame 1, a concave tight material receiving part 3 having indoor and outdoor side wall parts 3a and 3b is formed along the longitudinal direction. When the door body 10 closes the building opening 20, the lower part of the tight material 12 enters into the tight material receiving part 3 and comes into contact with the outdoor side wall part 3a. However, the tight material 12 may be brought into contact with the indoor side wall portion 3b of the tight material receiving portion 3 instead of the outdoor side wall portion 3a.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the tight materials 11 and 12 provided on the door body 10 are brought into contact with the lower frame 1, and between the lower frame 1 and the door body 10,
It is designed to be doubly watertight both indoors and outdoors. Even if rainwater were to enter between the contact part 2 of the lower frame 1 and the tight material 11,
It enters into the recess 6 and drains the drain hole 7, the hollow part 1a,
The water is drained outdoors via the inclined surface 1b and the drain hole 5. In addition, if it passes through the recess 6 and further passes between the outdoor side wall 3a of the tight material receiving part 3 and the tight material 12, it will enter into the tight material receiving part 3 and enter the drainage hole 4 and the hollow part 1a. , the water is drained outdoors through the inclined surface 1b and the drain hole 5, and does not enter the indoor side through the tight material receiving part 3.

According to this embodiment, the vertical wall-shaped abutment part 2 is formed at the upper end of the lower frame 1 on the outdoor side. A drainage hole communicating with the inside of the hollow part 1a may be provided at the bottom of the abutting part. in this case,
The tight material 11 is brought into contact with the outdoor side wall portion or the indoor side wall portion of this concave contact portion.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, the present invention provides a tight material that contacts the door lower frame on both indoor and outdoor sides of the lower end of the door body, so that the gap between the door body and the door lower frame is doubled both indoors and outdoors. In particular, the tight material on the indoor side is inserted into the recessed tight material receiving part and contacts the side wall surface thereof, and the tight material on the outdoor side is in contact with the outdoor side surface of the door lower frame. In combination with this, the above-mentioned double sealing is made even stronger, so that a reliable watertight state can be obtained.

In addition, a concave tight material receiving part was formed on the indoor side of the door bottom frame, and a drainage hole was provided at the bottom of this tight material receiving part. Even if rainwater infiltrates through the tight material receiving part, it will enter the tight material receiving part and be drained outdoors through the drainage hole, and the rainwater will not enter indoors from the tight material receiving part, so it is possible to obtain a sufficient watertight condition. play.
