(Prior Art) In general, building panels are connected in the width direction by fitting one end 3 and the other end 4 of adjacent panel materials A and A, as shown in Fig. 3. It's hot,
The other end 4 of the other panel material A is in contact with the back of one end of one panel material A, and a hook-shaped piece 5 provided at one end 3 of one panel material A is connected to the continuous joint. needs to extend to the back of the other end of the other panel material A, and the hook-shaped piece 5 needs to be fixed to the base material 6 with screws.

However, in the above-mentioned continuous connection, rainwater enters the contact area 8 between the back of one end of the panel A and the other end 4 with capillary action. Further, the rainwater passes through the gap B between the hook-shaped piece 5 and the other end 4 and from the screw-fastened part of the hook-shaped piece 5 to the base material 6.
It has the disadvantage of easily penetrating into the body.

(Structure of the invention) The present invention has a hook-shaped piece at one end of one of the pair of panel materials, which extends toward the other panel material and is arranged inward from the one end. A first water section is formed at the other end of the panel material and has a groove that fits between the one end of the panel material and the hook-shaped piece and is recessed inward, and has a hook-like shape. A second water section protruding outward is formed in the piece, and the second water section is provided with a waterproof packing, and the first water section is connected to one end of the panel material and the hook-shaped piece. In the state of being fitted between the first and second water sections, the other end of the other panel is supported by a small piece formed to protrude inward from one end of the first panel and a packing provided on the second water section. The building panel is characterized in that the first water section is disposed closer to the other end of the panel material than the contact position of the small piece.

(Example) Hereinafter, the basic structure of this invention will be explained based on FIG. The small piece 7 is a screw that fixes the hook-shaped piece 5 to the base material 6. The panel materials A are made of aluminum, and these panel materials A are connected in the width direction to form the exterior walls, ceiling, etc. of the building.

At the tip of the other end 4 which is in contact with the back surface of the first end 3, there is a first water section 9 which is expanded to have a cross-section. between the contact surfaces 8
This prevents rainwater from entering the panel from the contact surface 8 between the small piece 11 of one end 3 and the other end 4 by breaking the capillary phenomenon of rainwater that occurs. That is, the concave groove formed in the first water section 9 is directed inward (upward in FIG. 1).
Therefore, even if rainwater sprayed from the outside to the inside, that is, from the bottom to the top in FIG. There is no risk of the water flowing further into the interior beyond the grooves of the section 9, and flows down along the grooves. Therefore, there is no fear that rainwater will enter inside the other end 4, that is, into the upper gap B in FIG. In particular, as mentioned above, the capillarity of rainwater that occurs in the contact pipe 8 is cut off by the concave groove in the first water section 9, even if the capillarity occurs in the contact pipe 8 and rainwater is sucked in from the outside. This is because they are stored inside the tank and flowed down.

Further, even a small amount of rainwater that has entered the gap B between the other end 4 and the hook-shaped piece 5 from the contact surface 8 is returned by the second water section 10. That is, the second water section 10
prevents rainwater from entering the gap B from entering the base material 6 through the screw fixing hole of the screw 7.

At the other end (the right end in FIG. 2) of the second water section 10, which is located on the right in FIG. A packing 12 made of a waterproof material such as rubber is fixed to the base material 6 together with the hook-shaped piece 5 by screws 7. The free end portion of this packing 12, that is, the lower end portion in FIG. .
In this way, waterproof packing 1 is attached to the back side of the other end 4.

The watertightness of panel material A is increased by one layer and panel material A,
Earthquake resistance between A and A can be improved.

Moreover, according to the configuration of the present invention shown in FIG.
That is, it is arranged on the left side in FIG.
Rainwater that has entered the left side of the figure can be collected in the groove of the first water section 9 and flowed down. This makes it possible to block almost all of the rainwater that crosses the first water segment 9 and enters further inward. Furthermore, the packing 12 can also block rainwater that has entered the gap B beyond the first water section 9. Therefore, it is possible to reliably block rainwater from entering from the outside toward the inside, and high sealing performance can be achieved. Moreover, since the gasket 12 is provided closer to one end of the other panel material A than the second water section 10, rainwater that has entered the gap B does not adhere to the gasket 12, which prevents deterioration due to adhesion of rainwater. The panel material A can be elastically supported for a long period of time, thereby improving durability.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the building panel of this invention, rainwater is drained by the double structure of the first water section and the second water section, so that such a building This has the effect of increasing the waterproofness of the panel.

In particular, according to the present invention, the first water intercept is provided closer to the other end of one panel material than the small piece, thereby blocking rainwater flowing through between the other end of the other panel material and the small piece. can do. Moreover, since the second water cutter is provided with a seal,
Even if rainwater flows further into the interior beyond the first water section, it can be reliably blocked by this packing. As described above, in the present invention, high sealing performance can be achieved by the first and second water sections and the packing. Furthermore, since the seal is located closer to one end of the front panel material than the second water cutter, even if rainwater that cannot be blocked by the first water cutter further intrudes into the interior, the seal will almost never be blocked. Rainwater does not adhere to it, and therefore it is possible to prevent deterioration due to adhering rainwater and improve durability. As a result, rainwater can be blocked for a long period of time, and in particular, it is possible to resiliently resist pressure from the outside, and the anti-vibration effect can be maintained for a long period of time.
