By the way, the superconducting coil 3 mounted on the magnetic levitation vehicle 1 is always in an excited state and emits a high magnetic field of tens of thousands of gausses.
This will give strong magnetism to passengers waiting on the platform 11 when the vehicle stops. Therefore, the applicant proposed in the previous patent application (Japanese Patent Application No. 3-122488) to adopt the following means in order to reduce the magnetic strength for passengers. That is, as shown in FIG. 15, the protective wall 12 is installed at a predetermined distance from the side edge 11a of the platform 11 toward the center, and the side of the protective wall 12 opposite to the side edge 11a is a magnetically shielded space. In addition to the waiting place 12a, the protection wall is made to correspond to the boarding / alighting position X of the vehicle 1.
A platform door 13 is provided at 12, and a passage device 14 that is expandable and contractable from the periphery of the platform door 13 toward the boarding / alighting position X is provided. The details of the passage device 14 are such that a plurality of wall members 15 ... 15 made of a magnetic shielding material that shields at least both sides of the passengers can freely move in and out of each other, and the vehicle 1 can stop and be able to get on and off. During this period, the wall materials 15 ... 15 are retracted to be stored and the platform door 13 is closed.
When the boarding / alighting is possible, the wall members 15 ... 15 are extended to form a magnetically shielding guide path 16 and the platform door 13 is opened. Therefore, the passengers can maintain the magnetically shielded state by moving the guide passage 16 from the waiting place 12a to the door 1a of the vehicle 1.

However, in the above-described passage device 14, the leading end of the wall member 15 that is closest to the getting-on / off position X side abuts the side wall of the vehicle 1 during extension, and the guide passage is provided as shown in FIG. 16 is formed, and the connection and disconnection between the guide passage 16 and the passenger compartment in the vehicle are solely entrusted to opening and closing the entry / exit door 1a of the vehicle 1. When getting off, there are the following problems. That is, when the vehicle 1 starts, it is necessary to retract the wall member 15 in contact with the side wall of the vehicle so as to separate the wall member 15. In this case, as shown in FIG.
Passengers getting off from the passenger compartment in the vehicle to the guide passage 16 are at the home door
If the departure preparation is done before passing through 13 and entering the waiting place 12a, the wall material 15 will be degenerated and the passengers will be left behind even though the passengers are in the magnetic generation space. become. Such a problem becomes especially important when there are passengers who cannot walk quickly such as elderly people and people with disabilities, and when a large number of passengers get off or hinder the smooth movement of passengers. It becomes important even when there are factors. Therefore, in order to avoid this kind of problem, it is necessary to carefully monitor all the plurality of aisle devices 14 for stranded passengers, and to replenish workers for this monitoring. It is necessary to do so, and it causes troubles such as a great deal of labor that is imposed on the worker.

The vehicle is started when all the passengers have finished getting on and off. Prior to the departure, the plurality of wall members in the passage device relatively contract with each other. As a whole, it degenerates toward the protective wall. In this case, if the automatic door device provided on the tip side wall member is forcibly maintained in the closed state, the passengers remaining in the guide passage are in the closed state and the automatic door device having the magnetic shielding property is in the closed state. As a result, the protective wall is driven to the side of the entrance / exit opening side, and the situation of being left behind in the magnetic field generation space outside the guide passage does not occur. Then, when the plurality of wall members of the passage device are completely retracted to the stored state, all passengers in the guide passage have moved to the magnetically shielded space behind the protective wall.
