Mostly configured. The conventional roof panel used in this way and its connected state will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 8 is a plan view showing (a) the entire conventional roofing board and (b) the right end portion of the same roofing board placed to the left of it (FIG. 9).
The plan view showing the state where the roof plates in the figure are connected to the left and right, 10th
FIG. 11 is an enlarged explanatory view of an end face taken along line YY in FIG. 9, and FIG. 11 is a plan explanatory view showing a state in which a large number of roof plates are connected vertically and horizontally to form a roof surface. The conventional roof plate 7 shown in FIG. 8 (a) has an upper side folded part 7b and a right side folded part 7e folded back to the front side on four sides of a roof plate body 7a, and a lower side folded part 7c and a left side folded part folded to the back side. 7d is provided, and both ends of the upper side folded-back portion 7b and the lower side folded-back portion 7c are not completely folded back until the roof plate 7 is connected left and right. The roof plate 7'shown in FIG. 8B is exactly the same as the roof plate 7. To connect the two conventional roof plates 7 and 7'to the left and right,
After the left side folded-back portion 7d of the right side roof plate 7 and the right side folded-back portion 7e 'of the left side roof plate 7'are inserted and connected to each other (hereinafter, this part may be referred to as the left and right connecting portion 8), the upper side The unfolded portions of the folded portions 7b and 7b 'and the lower side folded portions 7c and 7c' are folded back to the front side and the back side, respectively, as shown in FIG. In addition, in order to vertically connect the conventional roof plate 7 as described above, to the upper side folded-back portions 7b and 7d ′ of the left and right series of roof plate rows connected left and right as described above,
The lower side folded-back portions 7c and 7c 'of the other left and right series of roof plate rows are covered with the upper side so as to be inserted and connected to each other, or the roof boards 7 and 7'are configured without forming another left and right series of roof plate rows in advance. Using the flexibility of the metal plate, the bottom side folding part 7 of the roof plate 7, 7 '
The c and 7c 'are covered from above to be inserted and engaged with each other, and the left and right connecting portions 8 are formed so as to be sequentially connected to the upper stage side. In this case, in order to prevent the upper and lower end portions of the left and right connecting portions 8 from overlapping and becoming thick and to improve the appearance,
As shown in FIG. 11, it is usual that the left and right connecting portions 8 are arranged in a staggered manner so that they are alternately arranged at substantially equal intervals between a series of left and right roof plate rows adjacent to each other in the upper and lower rows.

The reason is as shown in FIG.
Is a structure in which the metal plates at the edges of the roof plates 7 and 7'are simply folded back and overlapped with each other, so the gap between the overlapped parts is narrow and, at the time of construction or afterwards, it is further stepped on by a person's foot, and becomes narrower. As shown in FIG. 10 (in the figure, the intervals are drawn wide to make the structure easy to understand), the rainwater W 4 flowing on the roof plate main body 7a ′ is in the inflow direction of the arrow Q due to the capillary phenomenon, and at the upper side folded portion. At the intersection with 7b and 7b ', further arrow Q'
Rainwater will also infiltrate the attic by adding the direction of infiltration. As a conventional technique for dealing with the intrusion of rainwater, the left and right connecting portions 8 as described above are eliminated and the end faces have a butt structure, and a joint cover is attached on the butt structure, and rainwater that intrudes from there is separately provided on the back side of the butt portion. A construction method is also known in which the joint plate with a groove is used to receive and flow out downward, but this construction method requires the attachment of a joint cover and a joint plate, which causes a problem that the work at the site becomes complicated.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of (a) a right end portion and (b) a left end portion of an embodiment of a roof plate 1 according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a state in which the roof plates of FIG. 1 are connected to the left and right. Fig. 3, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 are perspective views showing a partial aspect of the roof plate according to the present invention, and Fig. 7 is a left-right connecting portion X- in Fig. 2. It is a schematic end view in an X-ray position. In the drawings, reference numeral 1 is a roofing board according to the present invention, in which an upper side folding part 3, a lower side folding part 4, a right side folding part 5 and a left side folding part 6 are integrally formed on four sides of a rectangular roofing plate body 2. Become. The feature of the roof plate according to the present invention is that the surface of one side edge portion of the roof plate body 2, that is, the side edge portion 2a on either the right side or the left side is continuous with the folded portions 3 and 4 on the upper side and the lower side. The height is lower than the central portion side by a certain step 2b over a predetermined width, and it is formed at the height of the step 2b on the side edge 2a as a folded-back portion on the lowering side. It is provided with a folded-back portion composed of a plurality of folded-back portion pieces each including the first, second and third folded-back portion pieces described in 1). In the illustrated embodiment, the right side turnback portion 5 is a turnback portion formed of the above three turnback portion pieces. Reference numeral 5a indicates that the side edge portion 2a (in this example, the right side edge portion) of the roof plate main body 2 is folded back to the front side in such a state that a gap is formed between the side edge portion 2a and the side edge portion 2a at the first folding line l 1. It is the first folded-back piece up to the second folded-back line l 2 , and is extended along the lower-side folded-back portion 4 with a width that covers at least a part of the lower-side edge portion, and this extended portion ( Hereinafter, a lower side extension piece 4a from the first folded-back piece 5a) forms a part of the outer side surface of the lower-side folded back portion 4 and becomes a part of the lower-side folded back portion 4. The lower side extension piece 4a from the first folded back piece 5a may extend over the entire width of the first folded back piece 5a, but as shown in FIG. 5, the lower side extension from the third folded back piece 5c is described below. It is better to avoid overlapping with piece 4b. 5b
Is the second folding line piece, and the first folding line after being folded back to the back side with the second folding line l 2 existing in the central portion side of the roof plate body 2 at the extension from the first folding piece 5a It is composed of a part up to the third folding line l 3 located between l 1 and the second folding line l 2 . Reference numeral 5c denotes a third folded-back piece, and the extension from the second folded-back piece 5b is connected to the roofing plate main body 2 on the mating side on which the extension is inserted and engaged with the third folded-back line l3. The upper surface of the first folded-back piece 5a is lower than the upper surface of the first folded-back piece 5a so that a gap can be formed between them.
Consists of parts up to the end of. Here, the width of the folded portion formed by the edge of the third folded portion piece 5c on the lower side from at least the end on the central side of the roof plate body 2 to the vertical side of the mating roof plate 1 (in this example Then, it is extended along the lower side folding part 4 with a width extending from at least a part of the remaining part excluding the left side folding part 6) to the extension part (hereinafter, the third folding part). It is preferable that the lower side extension piece 4b from the piece 5c) forms a part of the outer side surface of the lower side turnback portion 4 and forms a part of the lower side turnback portion 4. The width of the lower side extension piece 4b from the third folded-back piece 5c may be the entire width of the remaining portion as shown in FIG. The shape and structure of one embodiment of the roofing board 1 according to the present invention, which has a folded-back portion composed of a plurality of folded-back pieces configured as described above, is shown in FIG. 1 (a) [right end portion] and (b). [Left end] The effective width of the second canal near the third folded piece 5c position of fold line l 2 is too third step 2b side edge of the folded piece 5c narrows, also very first fold line If it is close to l 1 , the width of the first folded-back piece 5a is narrowed, and there is a risk that rainwater may leak over the upper surface and leak from the edge to the attic, so that position is a folded-back piece composed of a plurality of folded-back pieces. It is preferable that the right side turn-back portion 5, which is a portion, be present at substantially the center of the width. If the position of the third folding line l 3 is too close to the second folding line l 2 , the third folding line segment is
Rainwater is the first turn-back piece by narrowing the effective width of the water channel formed in the gap between the second turn-back piece 5b in 5c.
There is a risk that water will leak from the edge to the attic beyond the upper surface of 5a, and if it is too close to the first folding line l 1 , the gap between the side edge 2a of the roof plate body 2 and the first folding piece 5a. Since the effective width of the waterway formed by the above is narrowed and rainwater easily enters the third folded-back piece 5c, there is a risk of leaking water to the attic, so that position is the first folded line. It is preferably located approximately in the center between l 1 and the second fold line l 2 . The folding part formed of a plurality of folding part pieces constituting the right side folding part 5 of the roof plate 1 shown in FIG. 1 has an extension from the right side of the roof plate body 2 with a width of only the length of the right side as predetermined. It is a folded one. On the other hand, as another aspect of the present invention, as shown in part A of FIG. 4, the edge of the first folding part 5a on the upper side of the roof plate main body 2 is at least partially formed from the first folding line l 1. It extends along the upper fold-back portion 3 of the roof plate body 2 with the first fold line l 1 across the width (that is, the fold-back is also made in the extended portion), and this extended portion (hereinafter referred to as the first folded-portion piece 5a). The upper side extending piece 3a) forms a part of the inner side surface of the upper side folding part 3 and becomes a part of the upper side folding part 3. In FIG. 4, the upper side extension piece 3a from the first folded-back piece 5a reaches the end edge of the upper-side folded-back portion 3, but may end halfway there, and the width is the first folded-back portion. Although a part of the width of the piece 5a is illustrated, it may be the entire width. The overall shape of the upper side folded-back portion 3 and the lower side folded-back portion 4 is preferably composed of rising pieces 3c, 4d from the roof plate main body 2 and folding pieces 3d, 4e continuous to these. In this case, the shape adopts three modes in which a plurality of roof plates can be connected left and right along a horizontal straight line. In the first mode, as shown in FIGS.
And the rising piece 3c and the folding piece 3d of each of the lower side folding portions 4
And the step 2b of the roof plate main body 2 on the rising piece 4d and the folded piece 4e.

c'is formed, and accordingly, the step 3
The end portion is slightly enlarged outward from b, and the end portion is slightly reduced in diameter from the step 4c in the lower folded portion 4. In the second mode, as shown in FIG. 6, only the rising pieces 3c and 4d of the upper side folding part 3 and the lower side folding part 4 respectively have a step 3b and a step 4c continuous from the step 2b of the roof plate body 2.
Is formed. In the case of this 2nd aspect, while making the height of the folding | returning part which consists of several folding | returning part piece lower than the height of the upper surface of the roof board main body 2 by about 1 to 2 board | plate thickness, the upper side folding | returning part 3 is carried out. The width of the folded piece 3d of the left side of the roof plate body 2 is increased by approximately the thickness of the plate near the edge of the folded part formed by a plurality of folded piece parts on the central side of the roof plate body 2 Side to the right side, and the distance from the upper surface of the folded portion composed of a plurality of folded portion pieces to the lower surface of the folded piece 3d of the upper side folded portion 3 near the above-mentioned edge is the roof plate body on the left side folded portion 6 side. The distance from the lower surface of 2 to the upper surface of the folded-back piece 3d of the upper-side folded-back portion 3 is approximately the same. The third mode is a mode in which neither the upper side folding part 3 nor the lower side folding part 4 is provided with a step. Even in this case, when the number of roof plates 1 connected left and right is small, the flexibility of the metal plate allows the direction of left and right connection to be along a substantially horizontal straight line, which is practically acceptable. The roof plate 1 of the first and second aspects can be manufactured by forming a step at a predetermined position of the flat plate in advance and folding it back into a predetermined shape. As shown in FIG. 3, one or more recesses 3e formed by projecting outwardly are formed on the rising piece 3c of the upper side folding part 3 of the roof plate 1 within the width of the third folding part 5c. This is preferable because the flow of rainwater along the turnback portion 3 can be temporarily stopped. Further, one or more drainage holes 4f are provided at the end on the side of the folded portion (the right side in FIG. 1) composed of a plurality of folded portions of the lower side folded portion 4 of the above shape and the end on the opposite side, and the rising pieces 4d and 4d are formed. It is preferable that the folded-back piece 4e is provided in either one of them. In FIG. 1, the water draining hole 4f is formed in the rising piece 4d on the side of the folded portion composed of a plurality of folded portion pieces and on the folded piece 4e on the opposite side. This drain hole 4f
The piercing does not change even when the lower side extension pieces 4a and 4b are provided at the edge portion on the side of the folded portion composed of a plurality of folded portion pieces. In the above example, the case where the folded-back portion composed of a plurality of folded-back portion pieces is on the right side has been described, but the configuration is exactly the same even if the folded-back portion is on the left and right. As the metal plate constituting the roof plate body 2, a zinc iron plate, a constituent resin-coated zinc iron plate, or the like is used in addition to the copper plate. The roof plate 1 as described above is manufactured at a factory, and at the construction site, it is sufficient to carry out the following construction.

The left side of the roofing board 1 arranged on the lower right side between the third step 5c and the step 2b of the right side folding section 5 which is a folding section composed of a plurality of folding section pieces of the roofing board 1 arranged on the left side. As shown in FIG. 2, the folded-back portion 6 is pushed upward in the direction of the arrow so that the folded-back portion 6 is inserted from the upper end side thereof, so that the left-side folded-back portion 6 of the right roof plate 1 is connected to the left roof plate 1 as shown in FIG. Insert and engage between the roof plate body 2 and the third folded-back piece 5c. At this time, when the roof plate 1 is of the first mode shown in FIG.
When the upper side folded-back portion 3 and the lower side folded-back portion 4 are fitted inside the slightly expanded portion of the upper side folded-back portion 3 of the left roof plate 1 and outside the slightly reduced diameter portion of the lower-side folded portion 4, respectively. Due to the correction effect of the expanded diameter portion and the reduced diameter portion, the left and right roof boards 1 form a left and right connecting portion in which the roof board forming portions of the roof board main body 2 are aligned at substantially the same height, and are horizontally horizontal. The roof surface can be constructed along a straight line. Also, when the roof plate 1 is of the second mode shown in FIG. 6, when the roof plate 1 is fitted in substantially the same manner as described above, the upper side folded portion 3
Of the rising piece 3c and the rising piece 4d of the lower side turnup portion 4, the correction effect of the respective steps 3b and 4c, the upper surface height of the turning up portion composed of a plurality of turning up pieces, and the distance between it and the turning piece 3d of the upper side turnup portion 3 are Due to the effect of being adjusted, the left and right roof boards 1 also constitute left and right connecting sections in which the roof surface forming portions of the roof board main body 2 are aligned at substantially the same height, and are aligned along a horizontal horizontal line. Therefore, the roof surface can be constructed. In this way, the same operation can be repeated to connect a large number of roof plates 1 to the left and right along a horizontal straight line. When the number of left and right connected sheets is small, the third
It is possible to use the roofing board 1 of the above embodiment and to connect it to the right and left without any problem by utilizing its flexibility. In order to connect the roof plates 1 in the vertical direction, the lower side folded part 4 of the roof plate row on the upper side is provided between the upper side folded part 3 of the lower side roof plate row and the roof plate main body 2 which are connected to the left and right. It may be inserted and engaged. As shown in FIG. 11, it is usual that the left and right connecting portions of a large number of roof plates 1 connected in the vertical and horizontal directions are alternately arranged between adjacent roof plate rows in the upper and lower rows. The above construction work is extremely easy and easy.

常に大きなものがある。As described above, the roof plate 1 according to the present invention can be simply and easily connected to each other vertically and horizontally to form a roof surface,
Further, it has the following actions and effects. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, a part of the rainwater W 1 on the surface of the roof plate main body 2 is part of the roof plate 1
When it flows down due to the inclination, it intrudes from the step 2b of the roof plate main body 2 of the left and right connecting portions to the side edge 2a side in the direction of arrow P 1 in FIG. 7 due to a capillary phenomenon or the like. Then, the rainwater W 2 reaching the gap between the side edge portion 2a and the first folded-back piece 5a receives the first folded-back line l 1
Most of the water flows down along the side edge portion 2a while being blocked by the folded-back portion. Then, a part of the gap between the left side folded-back portion 6 and the third folded-back portion piece 5c is moved to the seventh
The rainwater W 3 that has entered the direction of the arrow P 2 in the figure and has reached the gap between the third folded-back piece 5c and the roof plate body 2 flows down on the third folded-back piece 5c. Furthermore, even if a part of it reaches the third folding line 13c on the third folding strip 5c, the hand going there is blocked, so that the first folding strip 5a and the roof plate body 2 There is no risk of water leaking into the attic by entering the gap. Although the rainwater W 2 reaching the gap between the side edge portion 2a and the first turn-back portion piece 5a does not reversely flow upward and overflows from the opening end on the side of the upper turn-up portion 3, it hardly occurs, but FIG. When the upper side extension piece 3a from the first folded-back piece 5a is provided like the part, there is no fear at all. In addition, rainwater is turned up at the top 3
It almost never flows laterally along the inner surface of the roof and leaks into the attic, but as shown in FIG.
When the concave portion 3e formed by projecting outward is provided in the roof, the roof plates are connected left and right, and the upper side folding parts 3 of the left and right roof plates come into contact with each other, and the upper side folding parts 3 along the upper side folding parts 3 due to the capillary phenomenon. Even if rainwater tries to move to the attic side, the rainwater that has entered between the upper-side folded-back portions 3 of the left and right roof plates is prevented from moving due to the capillary phenomenon by the recessed portion 3e, and this recessed portion is blocked.
There is no risk of rainwater leaking to the attic because it temporarily stagnates at 3e and then flows downward. The rainwater that has flowed into the inside of the left and right connecting portions and flows down passes through the gap between the lower side folding portions 4 of the left and right roofing plates 1 at the lower ends thereof and flows down onto the lower roofing plate 1, but is fitted at the left and right connecting portions. When the water drainage holes 4f are formed in the two lower side folded portions 4, rainwater flows out from the water drainage holes 4f very quickly and therefore does not stagnant. It is most preferable for the outflow of rainwater that the drainage hole 4f is formed in the rising piece 4d in both the lower side turnup portion 4 which is the inner side of the left and right connecting portion and the lower side turnback portion 4 which is the outer side, but
As shown in the figure, when the former is formed in the rising piece 4d and the latter is formed in the folded piece 4e which cannot be seen from the outside, both the water draining effect and the appearance are good. Further, the folding portion formed of a plurality of folding portion pieces is a roof plate body 2
It is formed by being adjusted by the step 2b on the side edge 2a slightly lower than the center side of the, so that the other roof plate 1 is engaged with the roof plate body 2 to form the left and right connecting parts. Even if they are covered, the two roof plate main bodies 2 connected to the left and right are on substantially the same surface, and therefore the roof composed of a large number of roof plates 1 forms a roof surface having almost the same height, and In addition to the run-down discharge effect, it is also aesthetically pleasing. When handling, the first folded-back piece 5a of the roof plate body 2
A lower side extension piece 4a extending along the lower side turnback portion 4 of the roof plate main body 2 to form a part of the outer side surface of the lower side turnover portion 4 with a width of at least a part of the lower side turnup portion. Since it is provided, it is easy to handle until connection. That is, since the roof plate according to the present invention, which is formed from a metal plate that is easily deformed, is manufactured in a factory, a force for rolling up the right side folding part 5 is applied to the right side folding part 5 during transportation and handling at a construction site. Although it is easy to act, the first folded-back piece 5a is fixed to the side edge 2a of the roof plate main body 2 by the lower-side extended piece 4a, so that the right-side folded-back portion 5 is prevented from being deformed even when the force is applied. It is very easy to handle. Further, when the third side folding piece 5c is provided with the lower side extension piece 4b, the third folding side piece 5c is also fixed to the side edge portion 2a of the roof plate body 2, so that the third folding side piece 5c.
And the side edge 2a of the roof plate body 2 are inserted between the left side folded part 6 of the roof plate 1 connected to the side thereof, the right side folded part 5 is more securely prevented from being deformed and is easy to handle. It becomes. As described above, the roof plate according to the present invention can be configured as a roof by simply connecting it vertically and horizontally, and rainwater can be almost completely prevented from entering the attic, and it is also aesthetically superior. And has an enormous industrial value in the construction field.
