(Problems to be solved by the invention) Among them, a plurality of left and right feeding rollers in a left-right direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction which is a conveyance direction of the plate material are provided in a cantilever manner, and a plurality of left and right feeding rollers are provided. In the plate material stacking device of the type in which the plate material is dropped by opening the center position in the left-right direction by separating from each other, the plate material stacking device is configured corresponding to the maximum length in the front-back direction of the plate material to be stacked. ,
Even in the case of stacking plate materials with a short length in the front-rear direction near the rear part, all the left and right material feeding rollers are configured to open the center parts on the left and right, so the plate material to be stacked next is located near the front part. Since it cannot be transferred onto the material-feeding roller in advance, there is a problem in improving the efficiency of stacking work of the plate materials.

As described above, the material feeding roller unit 29 of the plate material accumulating device 1 of the embodiment of the present invention is divided into three parts such as 29A, 29B and 29C in the front-rear direction. A plate material accumulating table 3 whose plate receiving surface can be raised and lowered over the entire length is provided under

The pair of material feeding roller units 29A, 29B, 29C are brought closer to the center line 19 position, the plate material W is carried in by the belt conveyor 45 (see FIG. 3), and the material feeding rollers 31 on the left and right of each roller unit are respectively fed. The six electric motors 33 are rotated to bring the tip of the plate material into contact with the rear gauge 15. Since the distance between the left and right side guides 23 provided inside the pair of left and right side guide bases 21 of the material feeding roller unit 29A is adjusted in advance to the horizontal dimension of the plate material W, when the pressing stamper device 25 as the centering device is operated, the plate material is activated. The horizontal center of W is aligned with the center line 19.

The plate material stacking by the material feeding roller unit 29A has a function of lowering the height of the stacking table 3 by detecting with a stacking height detection sensor (not shown) every time the stacking height on the stacking table 3 becomes high to some extent. However, it is always lower than the rear gauge 15 at the height of the integrated top surface.

If the maximum allowable stacking height is reached and the stacking table 3 is not lowered further, or if the loading plate material W changes, the stacking at the rear material feeding roller unit 29A is stopped and the material feeding roller unit 29A is fed. The material rollers 31 are separated from each other and held in a state where the central position is opened, and the rear gauge 15 is moved to the central stacking position of the material feeding roller unit 29B on the front side thereof to return the stacking table 3 to the high position. (State of FIG. 5) When the dimension of the plate material W in the central material feeding roller unit 29B is shorter than the material feeding roller unit 29B, the rear gauge 15 of the central material feeding roller unit 29B is smaller than that of the central material feeding roller unit 29B as shown in FIG. The pair of opposing material feeding rollers 31 cannot go close to the center line 19 as they go inside. In this case, as shown in Fig. 1, the rear gauge
Although they approach and stop at a distance of 15 in the left-right direction, all the stacking work including the centering of the plate material W can be carried out in the same manner as in the material feeding roller unit 29A, and therefore redundant description will be omitted.

[Effects of the Invention] As will be understood from the above description of the embodiments, in short, the present invention provides a plurality of sheet feeding roller units (29A, 29B, 29C) for carrying the sheet material (W) with the sheet material ( W) are arranged in the front-rear direction, which is the conveyance direction, and a plurality of left and right feeding rollers (31) in the left-right direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the plate material (W) are provided to support the plate material (W). The material feeding roller units (29A, 29B, 29C) are provided in a cantilever manner, and each material feeding roller (31) is fed to drop the plate material (W) supported by each material feeding roller (31). A rear gauge (15) for positioning the plate material (W) in the front-rear direction is provided in each material feeding roller unit (each roller unit) so that each roller unit is individually separated from each other in the left-right direction so that the center position in the left-right direction can be opened. 29A,
29B, 29C) between the left and right material feeding rollers (31) is movable in the front-rear direction and positioned.

Therefore, when the sheet material W to be accumulated has a short dimension in the front-rear direction, when the sheet material is accumulated by the rear material feeding roller unit, the next sheet material is previously conveyed onto the front material feeding roller unit. Therefore, the work of accumulating the plate materials can be efficiently performed.
