Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、清浄室にて使用する多人数用エアーシャワー
装置に関し、特に複数のブロワーを有するエアーシャワ
ー装置に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、この種のエアーシャワー装置としては、設けられ
た複数のブロワーが全台数同時作動する機能となってい
た。
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
上述した従来の多人数用エアーシャワー装置では、使用
者が少ない場合でも全ブロワーが作動し、使用者の存在
しないゾーンでも噴射しているという電力浪費の欠点が
ある。
上述した従来の多人数用エアーシャワー装置に対し、本
考案は使用者が存在するゾーンのブロワーのみが作動
し、エアーブローができるという内容を有する。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本考案の多人数用エアーシャワー装置は a:ゾーン毎に独立したエアーブロー機構 b:ゾーン毎に独立した使用者検知機構 を有している。
〔実施例〕
次に、本考案について図面を参照して説明する。
第１図、第２図は、本考案の一実施例の平面図、及び縦
断面図である。
多人数用エアーシャワー装置１は独立したエアーブロー
機構を持つエアーブローユニット2,3,4から構成され、
各々がブロワー５、エアーフィルタ６、噴射ノズル７か
ら構成される。
一方、各ゾーン毎に側壁に設けた光電式の使用者検知セ
ンサー8,9,10を装備すると共に、入口部11に入室検知セ
ンサー12を設けてある。
使用者が多人数用エアーシャワー装置１に入室すると、
入口部11の入室検知センサー12が作動し、作動後あらか
じめ定められた時間（使用者が出口部13に到達する時
間）を経過後に使用者検知センサー8,9,10が作動し、使
用者の存在が認められたゾーンのエアーブロワー５のみ
を作動させる。
これにより使用者の数に適合したブロワーのみの最小運
転が可能となる。
第３図は、本考案の他の実施例の立面図である。
多人数用エアーシャワー装置１は、各ゾーン毎に感圧式
の使用者検知センサー8,9,10を装備すると共に、入口部
11に入室検知センサー12を設けてある。使用者が入室す
ると入口部11の入室検知センサー12が作動し、作動後あ
らかじめ定められた時間（使用者が出口部13に到達する
時間）を経過後に床面14に設けられた感圧式の使用者検
知センサー8,9,10が作動し、使用者の存在が認められた
ゾーンのブロワーのみを作動させる。
これにより使用者の数に適合したブロワーのみの最小運
転が可能となる。
〔考案の効果〕
以上説明したように本考案は、複数のブロワーを有する
多人数用エアーシャワー装置において使用者数によっ
て、必要なゾーンのブロワーのみを作動させることを目
的とする機構を設けることにより、使用者の存在しない
ゾーンへのブロワー作動、及びエアーブローをなくし、
エアーシャワー装置の使用電力量を削減できる効果があ
る。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】入口部と、縦続配設された複数のゾーン
    と、出口部と、前記複数のゾーンのそれぞれに設けられ
    たエアーブロー機構と、前記複数のゾーン毎に設けられ
    た使用者検知機構と、前記入口部に設けられた入室検知
    センサーとを有し、前記入室検知センサーが使用者の入
    室を検知してから使用者が出口部に到達するのを見越し
    た所定の時間を経過した後に、前記使用者検知機構が使
    用者の存在を検知した前記ゾーンのエアーブロー機構の
    みが作動するように構成されていることを特徴とする多
    人数用エアーシャワー装置。
